CUSTOMER BEWARE Royaura/Dehan LTD IS A CHINESE COMPANY. I thought I was relatively safe because the return and refund POLICY clearly stated that these tasks were handled within the US.
Their men's clothing is undersized, and they'll ask you to send photos with rulers. I compared my received 3X items to several 2X items I owed. The US product was always much larger. I waited over a month for this delivery.
Having to return product to China wasn't supposed to be in play. Now I know better. This company LIED on their web page, and they will get away with this miscarriage of service.
I initially got a quote over the internet, from both USPS and UPS. Those preliminary quotes did not consider the weight of the return package. UPS now quotes $227 as the cheapest price, while USPS quoted me $117 as it's cheapest price. These prices would apply for each order returned.
I will now opt to seek a donation site and try to put this disaster behind me.
VERY POOR! CUSTOMER SERVICE. They get your money and then, nothing from them, & no one to talk to about orders placed. No phone number or email to talk to anyone about your orders placed. I have sent them a lot of money for merchandise, and NOTHING, but one damn shirt sent to me. Nothing else has has been delivered, and they still have a lot of my money, and they keep hiding the merchandise, that I have been viewing, and then showing it again after I have placed an order so as to bill me again for shipping, making me order more so as to run up their High shipping cost. I ordered a large quantity of merchandise, to more than qualify for the amount needed for free shipping, and they still charged me for shipping, which is extremally high for shipping less than one pound $12.99 I think this company needs to be investigated by the Attorney General and if they don't get me my merchandise very soon, I personally am going to start and investigation in to their operation tactics John Creech Please contact me ASAP at my email: *******@bellsouth.net, before I start an investigation into your company

Do not purchase anything from this group of bandits! The quality of the material is horrible. They don't print what type of material the shirt is on the shirts to further their deciptive marketing. Their product is made in China and takes weeks to ship to you. They have no contact phone number so you at the mercy of their horrible customer service. Worst of all, they will send the wrong product and expect you to pay the return shipping costs! Only cheats and thieves make mistakes and expect you to pay for their errors! Everything about this transaction is wrong! Do not make the grave mistake of buying this substandard product and have to deal with this rip off company!

I'm a teacher so I have a budget. I ordered from Royaura because I liked the designs and I had a code that gave me 30% off. I admit, I just assumed it was a legit site. I ordered and then read reviews. I started freaking out. Many reviews said it was a scam. I told my wife, oh well I guess I just got scammed ($134). But when I went back to the site a week later I noticed the items had been shipped and once I figured out how to plug in the tracking code, I could see the items were on their way. I got 7 of the 9 I ordered in just over two weeks. They exactly what I wanted. It's hot here in Houston, TX and the material looks good and its thin. My only complaint is that it took me a long time to get the lines from the folding out. There has to be a better way than the 30 minutes per shirt of ironing on a low setting with water and starch. Please send us instructions on the easiest way to get the folding lines out. Thank you for the awesome shirts!

I ordered a shirt and immediately got a message on the ordering site that i would get an email confirmation and tracking. They took payment via PayPal and it came out of my bank. I waited over a week and never got an email. I reached out via their support email and got no response either time.
I will pursue action against them next week after the holiday.

Sizing is way off! Tried to return item. Was told they would give me 30% off and for me to try to sell to someone. Haha. You can tell they are foreign by the way they word things. I would like to know who owns this company so I can kick their $#*!.

They miss addressed my order.
I spent half an hour contacting the post office to try and get it sent to the correct address.
Evidently it was already sent back to them and now they want to charge me a discount to resend the items. Or are offering a 50% refund on what I have not received.
So in other words, I have nothing. And they feel it's ok to charge me again for their mistake.
Just say no, it's a hassle and ridiculous.

Ordered a XL pant from them to my husband. Their products look good online. Received the pant. Quality was okay, nothing fancy or extraordinaire and it did not fit. I asked them to swap a the XL for a Tall XLarger. They wrote to me this "Will it be possible to give others as a gift? We make you a 40% refund as a way to make up for this, you can take the partial refund and keep the items. And we can provide you 15% coupon in your next purchase. Because the goods are sent from other countries, the shipping cost is so high when returning back. It may be lost during return. If lost, we cannot refund you the money".
I was not asking for advised or bought the item to give away as a gift, also I was asking to exchange

Obviously this is a Chinese company trying to "act" like they care about their customers but they do not. Ordered 3 shirts, all too small no matter what they say about their "size chart" that is not factual. I have sent several emails about "returning" them but it is my responsibility to ship them back to China? Not worth the price Stay clear unless you know the clothes will "fit"

Ill keep this post up to date. I ordered 2 shirts and a pair of shorts. Arrived in about 10 days. I normally buy 2x but ordered a 3x shirt and 3x shorts because their chart said 3x shorts would fit a 48" waist. The 3x shirts are tight and not an ordinary 3x. The 3x shorts are not even close to 3x. So I sent an email today, 27 June to Royaura support telling them I want to return the shorts. Ill let you know what happens. If you buy something, you should consider ordering several sizes larger than you usually would buy.
I was pleasantly surprised. You never know when ordering an unfamiliar brand online. The XL perfectly fit my athletic build a bit loosely as I prefer.

Repeat customer and will continue to be. Shirt is soft comfortable, no iron, easy care. Print and color is outstanding. Sizing can be a gambit at times with creative variance in listed size but was happy that this XL fit me nicely! Happy with my purchase, happy with the company.
