Great Shirts, just wore my first shirt from Charles Tyrwhitt and think I have found my new shirt brand. I love French cuff shirts and love the customization options. After that first order I bought polos as well. Love them, wish the polos were a bit more tailored and colors were a little more stiff.

From review written a month or so ago when I had problems with shirt returns, the issue was finally resolved. I had to go through the credit card company but they finally credited me for the exchange after more than 4 weeks. It should not have taken so much effort but in the end the issue was taken care of correctly.

I have ordered shirts from here multiple times over the last several years. They fit well and are of excellent quality. Their ties are also wonderful. The quality is better than I can find for 4 times the price at high end department stores near me. The return policy is excellent - although I have only had to exchange one item for fit when we first started ordering from them. Their shipping, from London, is less expensive and faster than shipping across the states. I cannot say enough good about this company.
