Cheap $ Merchandise

Please don't be dumb like me and buy anything from here! Cheaply priced merchandise, you get what you pay for. If you wear a large, you better buy ac1X, I'm not kidding! I bought 4 shirts, none fit, even if they did, I still wou k d have returned them because the quality was GARBAGE! When I tried returning them, I was told the shipping would cost more than what I paid for them Then they proceeded to tell me why don't I just give them to a friend or family member. What the hell kind of customer service people tell you that? Lol Before you waste your money, read these reviews, we all can't be wrong.

Two out of three is not very good

I ordered two shirts from this company and received two relatively acceptable shirts. Not high quality by any means, but the price indicated I was taking my chances in the first place. Then I saw a black shirt they had on sale and decided to take another chance that it would be acceptable because I liked the design a lot. I ordered the black shirt and received a purple shirt instead of black. I requested they send me the correct shirt, and this was the response:

Their response insults my senses and yet laughable. They simply could have admitted the mistake and sent what I wanted, but instead, flat out lied about the color. It's as if they thought they could gaslight me. However, they were correct in their answer in that it is less hassle for me to accept their offer, so now I have a steeply discounted price on a shirt I don't want because it was less painful to accept their offer than it was to continue to try to correct the problem. That's not the way to keep me ordering things from them in the future.

Addendum: on Sept 17 I received a credit for $19.49 on my credit card statement out of the original $45.98 I was charged for a purple shirt after ordering a black shirt per the above discussion.

SCAM alert

The ads look enticing, but beware - the quality of the merchandise is VERY shoddy - and if you read the fine print, what they tout as cotton/linen is literally made from recycled tires! Worse the items are shipped directly from China and tale about a month to get here. They claim they will respond back from customer service in 24-48 hours and provide a return address if not satisfied - they didn't get back to me for a week - and then you CANNOT return them to a US distributer but must mail back directly TO China - which is outrageously expensive (which they count on you NOT doing). I contacted my credit card company and due to the fraudulent nature of the company, they simply removed the charge. I donated the crappy merchandise, but it was a huge hassle dealing with this mess, Buyer beware!

Not What Is Advertised

I ordered 4 shirts from Royaura on line as they had photos of clothing and descriptions of them. Unfortunately all the shirts I ordered were listed as cotton-blend material. Weeks later when the 4 shirts arrived, I found them all to 100% polyester. I followed the procedures for returning items as listed on enclosed paperwork which said to get a return activation code and they would then provide a return address. Never was there return code. I emailed and they told me a colleague had already contacted me via email, that was a false statement, never got such an email.
I had to pay $12 to return the shirts with no compensation for their false advertisements. I did receive a full refund but lost over $12 and change to return to fraudulently advertised merchandise. Steer clear from this Royaura, clothing is not as advertised and you will pay out your pocket to get your money back.

Be Careful

This company is difficult to deal with if you have any issues with your order! The quality of the shirts are passable but sending anything back is daunting. Their policy is autocratic and hard line and exhausting to honor. If you item is sent and is in error or not acceptable good luck, its basically on you no matter what! I'll just end with Caveat Emptor

Shrunk so bad unwearable. BUYER BEWARE

Yeah. I should have read the reviews first. These shirts are very poorly made. Buttons catch on strings when you undo them. Shrunk so badly after wash and dry the shirt in the photo is an XL and now could fit my elementary school nephew better. Very thin material and strings poking out all over. Not a good buy. I was lured by the design of one shirt that has yet to be delivered. I bought 5 but never again. No care instruction whatsoever on the clothing itself. Just a tag that says XL.

Ordered four shirts from Royaura, used the express service, shirts arrived in 9 days. The shirts fit nicely, the material is good for the warm weather climate here in Florida. But two shirts are on back order, unsure when or even if they will arrive ( ordered on August 2nd, two arrived on the 11th). I was told they'd rush the back ordered shirts. They don't seem to have any kind of up-to-date inventory control about what's in stock or what's low in stock so someone can be clearly informed about what they're buying. They have offered a discount on the next order, but as they seem to offer discounts across the board, it seems like an inauthentic gesture. They need to partner with a company that knows how to do e-commerce, like Amazon or as they are a China-based company, China's own AliBaba - they might, at least, offer up some guidance on how to do inventory control. Might order from them again, as they have some really nice designs, and they're good for my work in tourism here in Saint Augustine, Florida. I give them that 3 star as a balance between the shirt quality ( very good) and the service ( not so much). I'd be more inclined to order more from them if I know they actually have the shirts in stock.
