I order a shirt and paid for express shipping. 5-10 days. I did not receive the shirt after 10 days. I contacted them and was told I had not paid for the shirt nor the shipping. I had my order # and proof from my credit card that I had pay for the shirt. I still was told I had not paid for the order. No follow up from them.
My husband find most things uncomfortable to wear. He loves this shirt both for the festive design and for how comfortable it is.

I ordered two shirts and the confirming email said they would be "processed" in 3-5 business days. Shipping would take 10-25 business days (I opted for standard shipping). After 7 business days, I wrote to the company and they said it would take 1-2 weeks to process (I.e. 5-10 business days). After 10 business days I wrote again and mentioned that my order still hasn't shipped. This was two missed deadlines and at that point, I decided to cut my losses and request that my order be cancelled. They promptly cancelled my order but said my refund will take 5-7 business days...which seems extreme to me. You better believe that on business day 7 if I don't receive my funds, I will dispute the charges. I advise to stay far away from this company as they don't appear to be truthful with expectations that they themselves provide to their customers.

When I read these reviews I was thinking maybe I was wasting my money. WRONG!
The shirt is terrific, exactly as I expected and wanted. And, it arrived in plenty of time for the holiday, Valentines Day. I ordered it on January 19th and received it on January 31st. I did choose expedited shipping, which was good since I hadn't realized all shipping was from China

Avoid using this company at all costs, their driver not only delivered parcel to wrong street but even the incorrect number.
All they have offered is a 50% refund, customer service is extremely poor. As I stated do not purchase items off this company.

I have tried for a week to get the address to post back some shirts for a refund. After dealing with the robot replies, I used the chat link, and then after 6 emails got an email saying the following;
We are sorry about the inconvenience. Because the goods are sent from other countries, the shipping cost is so high when returning back. It may be lost during return. If lost, we could not refund you the money. Would it be possible to give others as a gift? We make you a 25% refund as a way to make up for this, and we also can send you a 15% coupon for your next purchase. Do you agree? I still have not gotten the postal address and even if I send them I think there is zero chance of a refund. I wish I had checked the bad reviews first before purchasing. I am sending my complaint to Consumer Affairs.

I ordered a shirt on December 10th for Christmas. It has been three weeks, I still have not received my shirt and have been unable to track it. It just shows delivered by USPS, but no location or estimated date of arrival. They also originally gave me a tracking number that shows my item was delivered in November of 2018. I ordered in 2022. A very disappointing, frustrated, angry customer here. Use another option for your online purchase if you want to receive your item. HORRIBLE experience!

Ten minutes after we placed an online Royaura order, we cancelled the order. We received an immediate acknowledgement of the cancellation.
We cancelled because the Royaura shipping fee was excessive.
Four days later we received a notice of shipment and a rejection of our cancellation stating the item could not be cancelled because it had been shipped.
The package was shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). When the postal worker presented the Royaura shipment for delivery we refused to receive it. The words "refused, return to sender was written on the package". The package had a Royaura address in the sender's area of the shipping label
Royaura says they have no way to determine if the package was received at the return address facility.
Royaura refuses to refund our money.
We will never again make a purchase from Royaura.
Royaura continued their disrespectful conduct by offering a PARTIAL refund. That PARTIAL refund has not been received.

Reported them to the BBB and they could not contact them at their California address. Paypal fortunately refunded my money so you know no matter what they say they are not legit. They had lots of stories like pay the shipping for the item and they will refund it or the item will be destroyed (which the USPS confirmed is entirely false, never happens). I told them what the USPS said then they changed the story and said they will ship the item back if I remove the Paypal complaint. Do not buy anything from them. They sent me a different shirt and charged for shipping even though I paid it on checkout (the ol' double charge). If anyone at Royaura reads this, I would love your onshore address.

Was intrigued by their frequent promo ads. Shirt designs & colors were very tempting. Placed my 1st order, they took my credit card payment & sent back online confirmation within minutes. Said "processing" takes 3-5 days, "shipping" 8-10 days. So I would receive my items in approx 2 weeks. It's been 22 days & so far nothing. Their explanation for the delay is "Covid & Political Unrest" in China. I knew nothing about this company prior to making this order. I'm not impressed, if the shirts ever do show up, it will be my 1 & only purchase from them.

Ordered two hats from Royaura. They were never shipped and money was not refunded. They added on shipping costs. 100% fraudulent website including bogus shipping proof. Reported them to my credit card company who will be refunding my purchase and reviewing case for fraud.
Update: Finally received the hats I ordered after being advised they were delivered on November 4. Sketchy customer service but order was filled and delivered.

I ordered 11 shirts and received 9. One was a different color. The delivery was as promised. It took, I ordered on October 5th and arrived on October 17, which is where the second start star comes from. The build quality of the shirts are not great. The back panel does not line up with the shoulder panel. I was reluctant to purchase from them but took my chances. Should have gone with my instinct. Beware if you are purchasing from them, not the highest quality.

I tried working with these idiots. Don't bother. Shirts run 1 to 3 sizes too small. Their answer, " USE THEM AS GIFTS." I called and cancelled the 2nd order, when the first were too small. THAT ORDER ARRIVED TODAY.
$200 down the drain and customer service, forget that. My 10 year old grand daughter could do a better job. AT LEAST SHE WOULD BE HONEST!

Very well packaged, approx. 4 weeks delivery time BUT the shirt was well worth the wait as it looks even better in person as it does on Royaura site. Almost silk lite, wears very well, washes,. Dries & also irons easily & well. Very artistic print appeals very much to me.
