Poor Quality. It looks like they take a picture of an original shirt and print that on cheap fabric.Poor customer service, they definitely are scammers!

1 week after order placed, it was still 'processing'. Shipped items STILL have not arrived after 3 weeks. This order contained gifts which did not arrive in time.

The "Hawaiian" shirts are cheap polyester garbage. There is not even a tag on the shirt where it is made or what it is made from.

The batch of shirts I received the Sleeves are extremely short. You know the section in stores that have "Big and Tall" signs. Well Royaura should advertise "Short and Little" or something like that. The material is fine, colors, and the patterns are lovely. I just can't believe someone would make a shirt for short armed people.

I ordered two shirts from this company, in their notes they mention processing orders takes about 2-3 days, shipping 3-5 days. One of the shirts cam within the week of my ordering it. The second shirt never came after three weeks. Online status kept saying the order was "processing". I sent a complaint and they sent me a note saying they were asking the warehouse to expedite my order and then gave me a 15% discount on my next order. Over a month later the status for that one shirt still said "processing". I sent another message demanding to know what was going on. They wrote back that they were refunding my money for that shirt because they had run out of stock. Mind you, I had to write toast what the heck was going on. I will never order from Royaura again.

This is one of the sentences of their reply: "The item(s) may be gifted to a friend or someone in need" and just who do you think will these fit. These shirts won't fit anyone that is an EX Large. The sleeves are too short. You can keep the last three shirts. I just want my money back. Not 25% You need to look into who's making your shirts. Don't you quality control, inspect your items after they are manufactured. Evidently NOT. And now they want to refund me 25% of my purchase price. I spent $180.00 on 7 shirts and they want to refund me $24.00 I Want my money back

We ordered 5 shirts for a vacation. Needless to say they didn't arrive when expected and a Mens 2xl was like a BOYS XL. I've been trying to return for a full refund and the only option was to re-order. Keep shirts and pay for additional shipping or get a discount for another order DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Ordered shirts WEEKS ago. All it says I'd processing. The one shirt that days shipped has no tracking. Terrible service

Order a shirt from them. It was "shipped " according to them using Tracking 654. After no tracking information for a month it then showed up at a unnamed sort facility for 3 weeks. Then tracking information said it was delivered at 11pm on Monday. Problem is that I was checking at 7am Monday morning. They said they were "sorry and would resend the shirt. Same thing happened again. Now they offered a 60% refund. BUYER BEWARE!

On their website, it says it will take 3-5 days to process your order. Because they claim it's "hot season" they can't process it on time. They shouldn't say post those days and just say when they're overwhelmed with orders, good luck with getting your orders in time.

Canceling orders is another thing as it would take another 10-20 business days.

These companies are quick to charge you but somehow takes ages to get anything from them—either the item ordered or refund.

Your company has no way to talk to anyone. I've sent emails on how to return something and get my money back. No one has responded. The clothes are like 3 sizes too small. Looking at the reviews it seems like you're a crooked company.

Shirts look good but are chintzy. Ignored request for refund. Support email is invalid. I'm out $80. Don't make the same mistake

I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS of $21 price that CHANGE to $26 at check out.
I'LL WAIT FOR ROYAURA to contact me to fix this.

The shopping and purchase was good experience but I was unaware that the product was coming Asia. It took one month to receive the product and it was as it was described.

I was reading the reviews and the seemed to all be bad with the main issue delivery. I didn't notice any problems with delivery, to be honest i wasnt paying attention to it. The shirt I got was perfect and exactly what I wanted. It is an inexpensive but very cool looking shirt. I basically bought it for a 1 off experience, a concert and I received all sorts of compliments on the print. I then bought another one for st Patrick's day and it was great too, very unique and makes you stand out in the crowd. IMO these shirts are great for special fun days, 4th of July, Easter, Xmas party, etc. Based on the other reviews if you need shirt quick probably not going to arrive in time, but I didn't have any issues.

After ordering my Credit Card was stolen to use for Airline tickets beware! Of this Company fraudulent

WORST COMPANY EVER, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A HUGE RIPOFF AND FRAUDULENT They are actually listed under Royaura.com in Ontario, Califfornia.

After a continuing rounds of 2 months trying to obtain my refund of 2 shirts that were promptly returned weeks ago, this sham of a company still refuses to oblige to returning my refund, resulting in me filing a credit card dispute. They will twist everything around, in every way, to avoid refunding rightful money. AVOID THEM! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

On their Facebook page listed as "facebook.com/royaura-shi…;, there are many people who are leaving BAD reviews of this company not sending them their purchased merchandise, plus others are not receiving their refunds for merchandise returned, (including myself as noted). The ridiculous excuses they give are proof how they refuse to abide by the 30-day return legal laws of the USA, and mandatory refunds for merchandise returned.

I ordered things for my husband for Valentine's Day, it's now March 1st and 4 items from this order have not shown up, not to mention I ordered one shirt for my father as an early Father's Day gift and the shirt was ordered from the fifties shirt to match the hat I ordered, got the hat and the shirt they sent with it was not the shirt I ordered, the substituted the whole puncher shirt and sent it instead, and when I contacted them about it telling them I wanted the shirt I originally ordered the made in the fifties shirt, I got the same blanket robo responses and No resolution and again never received an email stating anything had been sent with tracking numbers or anything. And then when I asked for a tracking number, just gave me some tracking number that let me know when it was released from customs. Never received a tracking number for when it was state side. So, still haven't received more than half my order and a shirt I didn't order and didn't receive a shirt that I did order. So, I'll find some other place to order for my dad and husband going forward. Customer service is bad, and the amount of time to get items you order is way too long, and they will send things or substitute things you have ordered. Better screen shot your order at time of placing the order also! So as you see in the photos the black whole puncher shirt wasn't what I ordered at all, was supposed to be a grey built in the fifties shirt that match the cap in the order. Also, the gift they send was some Santa pendant they said, was some cheap ridiculous looking moose thing that looked like my 7yr old put together. No gift at all, I could find better gifts at the freakin dollar store! Find another place to order from! And non of their customer service reps are real! They never offered to send me the correct shirt for my dad, or provide me a tracking order for the rest of my order in the states!

I ordered shirts two weeks ago. Royaura delineates 3-5 business days for processing. Why does your tracking information still delineate "processing" for my order?
