I ordered 5 shirts. All of them were advertised as being made of cotton. When they arrived, only 2 were cotton/linen, the other 3 were some sort of plastic/polyester. Very cheap feeling material. I immediately contacted Royaura and informed them of the problem. They said that in order to return something, I have to pay to send it back to China. They refused to pay for the return shipping. I went around and around with them via email about this and they still will pay for me to return the items. So I am now stuck with 3 shirts that I wouldn't even donate to Goodwill due to the horrible material they are made out of. Buyer beware with this company! They shouldn't be selling in the U.S. if they can't stand behind their products and pay for the return shipping. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Horrible Customer Service!
Product sizing is not even close to other retailers. Way to small. I am returning because I don't even think they will have my size. If they don't return my rating will be lower.

I just received my shirt and I am very disappointed with the product. I should not have bought it in the first place.
First, the material is cheap. It is a synthetic non breathable material. On a hot day you will sweat a lot.
Second, it is a drip dry shirt. You cannot put it in the dryer, not even in the lowest cycle.
The above two were not mentioned in the description of the shirt.
Last, the shipping charges are only revealed once you have submitted your credit card number.
I will never buy another product from this Chinese company

I saw the a link to the website in a newsfeed. A picture of those roosters looking all angry on a button down shirt. The image made me smile.
I looked at the website over several weeks and found many shirts I liked.
Today I pulled the trigger on that roosters shirt…and four others.
I'll shop here again.

For two years I have been a loyal Royaura client.
Superb interactive website and consistent client follow up with new promotional and sale items. Have not tried the shirt and matching pants yet but perhaps real soon. Shirts arrive professionally packages ready to wear. Lots of compliments out on the street for their unique designs. Will be ordering many more just need a bigger closet.

The styles available are fantastic, the material is extrmemely comfortable and wrinkle free.
The fit is usually accurate. However caution if somewhat portly, do not pick out "tapered" cuts of shirts. The specific cut of the shirt is not always explicit in the discription. I am extremely pleased with all the shirts I have purchased!
Devilries are weeks late. Zero tracking times for deliveries. Material is a scam - serious shrinking following gentle wash in cold water. Will never patronise this scam outfit. Warning - if you order this product, do so for two sizes larger. Most disappointing organisation.

Support email is invalid! Poor Quality. These shirts are made for very tiny people and are not true to size. When I put the shirt on I felt it was going to rip apart like Hulk was mad! Another deceptive Chinese company. Product description of shirt specifically stated "cotton linen". This shirt is NOT cotton linen at all. You can tell by the feel of the fabric, plus the care label stated 100% polyester! Sleeves are extremely short. Shoulder and chest material is not to size. Basically a cheap, bad product made in china for profit not comfort or use.
Returned most of the order and still waiting for my refund. Was tole I would get one and was also told the amount and that they had received the return. The refund was made and then taken back the next day. I am also reporting them to the USPS for postal and wire fraud!
They told me that a refund to Pay-Pal takes 48 hours but a refund to a credit card, this one is from their web site, We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. Then when talking to Customer Service they tell you 20 - 20 days and then again on their site they say may take as long as 3 weeks. WTF, 3 weeks to plug in a number as give a refund!
Suggestion don't buy from here as material is bad, cut is bad and you will have problems getting a refund! But then this business is based in china and like all other oriental businesses they rip you off and you are always wrong and they are always right. Very bad business practice! And unethical but then again when have the chinese ever been ethical?

Billed my credit card the next day and still haven't shipped yet 10 days later with no indication of when, just asked me to be patient. Most companies don't bill you until the item is shipped, this is a poor business practice. Wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.

The shirt I bought was a 4x so if that's what you normally were go with it. Only downside is there really isn't a good sizing chart for shirts or shorts. I was so happy I placed an order for three more shirts and a pair of shorts

Yea most of the shirts are too cheesy, but a few I liked. Don't waist your money on expedited delivery though, they both still took 2 1/2 weeks, and the delivery charge doubles the price of the item.

Classic bait and switch scam. I got a shirt that was explicitly sold to me as being a blend of cotton and linen, and what I got was a 100% polyester shirt (see photos).

In addition the Big sizes are not accurate and not the same as their sizing guide. Ordered 3XL based on their guide. After trying it on, could not button shirt; would need to go up at least one size. This is the last time I order clothing from an online Chinese company. Very disappointing!

The only good thing I found with Royaura was the CHAT Customer Service. I used it twice with good results – they were polite, helpful - supplied USPS tracking numbers and their written English was perfect. I feel they do a great job!
I needed to use them because the order was late. Three items, split into two packages – one arrived late and the second seemed to just sit in So Cal with a "partner shipping company" called ACI for two weeks before they sent it on.
Upon opening the orders, I found the items did not match the web site photos well, at all. Expecting a heavier, textured fabric (cotton/linen) what I found was a VERY thin synthetic, of some sort – there are no fabric content labels on the shirts. The sizes are also too small for the stated American size range stated - at least a ½ size. Ruined a BD present in more ways than one.

The shirt took almost 3 weeks for delivery. I order a size Large and it was too small. When I tried to exchange it I found thier customer service to be non-existant. Tried Live Chat, nothing. Tried calling customer service number and nobody answers. Company is mostly a fraud operation.
