I have gotten maybe 10 shirts so far, Fathers day, Christmas, Birthdays, and have been completely satisfied. My boy friend always gets compliments on how different the shirts are from store bought. Love the material, the price and the great selection for every Holiday, or event we go to.

Purchased five shirts, 2XL, sleeves are short, shirt tails are short and straight. Checked web site shirt tails are extended both front and back. Purchased three pair of casual shorts, 2xl, two are woefully undersized, perhaps a wast of 34-36. Tried to return. I would be responsible for shipping to China, nearly the cost of the shorts.

This company has slick deceptive marketing and poor quality product. Don't buy, you will be disappointed.

08/22/2023.I received ROYAURA -men's Casual cotten Linen Stand Collar soft & breathable short sleeve shirt: ordered 8/12/2023, received 8/22/2023. I love the casual look and colors, I bought four. They pair well with Khakis, Dress Shorts, Brand Name Jogger pants and with Sport Coat. The Size Chart is accurate. I am a XXL but the XL fits me perfect

I bought 4 shirts and ordered my usual size. The shirt were huge. I tried to contact Royaura at least 6 times called, emailed. Wanted to return the shirts because there junk! No response, then I tried at least for a different size again no response. Save your time and money this company is a ripoff!

They don't honor refunds

The products look very different in person, that said they agreed to a return and refund of unwanted items. After returning items, one month later no refund, no response to emails which before were immediate. Don't make the same mistake!

Got what I ordered on time and as described

Honestly, I read a LOT of the negative reviews AFTER I placed my order, and was prepared to be disappointed. Well, I'm delighted instead. The two shirts I ordered are very nice, fit well, look good and they arrived by the date I needed them, by which I mean promptly. So, my experience with this company is very positive and I would/will order again. I'm not a shill nor being compensated in any way for this review, I just had a very good experience and it's only fair to give Royaura their due. As for wrinkles from shipping (a common complaint), a warm iron erased them beautifully.

The are not upfront about shipping from China. I paid for $25 for express shipping to get the items before my upcoming trip. I am leaving in 4 days and the packing is still showing in China. The online customer service chat is useless. You should be required to advise where you are shipping from before we decide to order and if you charge for express shipping it should state exact date of arrival. Now i have to shop Amazon or local and worry about being able to get a refund if and when this package ever shows up.

I ordered 3 shirts and a pair of shorts. They sent the wrong shorts (different sku, different style, different size). They won't refund my money and want me to pay shipping to return for an exchange. Only 3 of 4 items arrived - took over 3 weeks. Still waiting for a shirt. Shirts are poor quality not worth the price.

Once you make the mistake of ordering something from them you will then be bombarded every day wanting you to order more shirts. If you are lucky, you might receive something from them in a month or so but if you are like me, it will only be a partial order with nothing to suggest why it is partial or if it will ever be fulfilled. And, other than placing an order, good luck trying to communicate with them. Shop with reputable companies and not with this entity.

Would give a zero if I could

Ordered a shirt and paid express shipping to received in less than 7 days. It has been 5 days and they still have not shipped. Indicated it takes that long to "prepare the shipment" Not sure what world they're living in that "express shipping" will take over two weeks. I will not have it prior to me leaving. Horrible service, buyer beware.
