The shirts I spent good money on the shirts; It was nothing that looked like in the web-site! It was misrepresentation! Delivery time was a snails pace! I got billed prior to receiving the items; which I was not happy about. If you want to give your hard earned money away; try drinking or pot! It is a much better than throwing your money away with these on line bandits! You have been warned!
Stated that 79.00 is required for free shipping had 81.00 before taxes and charged 18.00 shipping at checkout on order.

I bought a jacket that looked on the website to be heavy duty! I recieved the " jacket" today, it came in a small plastic bag. At first, I thought it was my new jacket, but I thought it couldn't be it's too small! When I opened it I then realized this was to be my package! When i opened it the "jacket was a heavy duty zip up shirt! Even the zipper was backwards! I'm a XXL size but I thought it was made in China and they run small so I got a xxxl, still it was way too small! This is complete scam! It's worth maybe $4.00 max! It's sitting in my car heading for the Goodwill! You say, tell me something good about this company? I can't! Don't buy from this company!

Wow this company has a ton of bad reviews on many sites and a F rating on BBB. I was going to put in a order but have seeing they have more than double of the lowest rating then the best rating i quickly empty my cart

I thought I was ordering this gorgeous woven hoodie. What I got was a hoodie with the weaving printed on it, and it was shiny and silky. I will never wear it. The tracking number I have cannot be found, and in order to track the product, I had to download a package tracker which hijacked my browser. I want to return it, but it seems that I have to create an account, and find my package using the tracking number I was given. The tracking number cannot be found. I think that I am SOL. Grrr...

I ordered a holiday shirt on 11/08 at 15:00 for a party and spent extra money for the express shipping to be sent 3 to 7 days. The party is today and it is the 18th and still no shirt. The tracking number does not even show any status and the confirmation email said shipping immediately. That was a waste of $37.00.

I've been trying to contact their customer service for over a week. I have left numerous e-mails to their support address. I even tried calling them on multiple occasions but, they never answered the phone. Ptrtty poor example of customer service.

Never be disappointed in products are Customer Service. Thy do business the old fashion way, as helpful as thy are able even when not completing Order that was my fault.
Ordered, Shipped, Received, unpacked and came ready for hanger. Wire all day then into washer& Dryer, came out ready for hanger until choice to wear again. Just about care free as it comes, and company customer service is like old fashion service. Responsive and Respectful

I have purchased shirts and one hoodie from Royaura and have been well satisfied with all of them. I started buying because of the designs but the quality was also as good or better than expected. The hoodie I bought was wonderful while not very heavy, It is very very warm. I have no problem recommending this site.

I was meticulous about measuring my needs with the sizes of each shirt I ordered - but none of them came close to fitting correctly. In addition to poor fit, these were some of the cheapest and most uncomfortable fabrics I'd ever felt, and shipping was pretty slow since it was international. I contacted them about a return and they made the process difficult - requiring you to go to a post office and pay return shipping and make you do all the leg work staying in contact with them and following up. Only after threats of doing a Credit Card Chargeback did they stop fighting the return. I'll never do business with them again.

Watch out carefully for what you buy here adn the price you pay. It took a while for me to figure out but what these folks do is that they advertise say a shirt at a deep discount but if you look closely is it only for that that size and color. When you change size or want a different color from what the original pitch was, you pay the retail price. I have never seen this done before.

I ordered a shirt. I received a shipping notice almost a month later, but the link for tracking didn't work and they didn't include the shipping #. It's been 3 weeks since I received the shipping notice. Finally checked the order status on their website and found the shipping # there, but they didn't include the link. I copied the shipping # and plugged it into the site linked in the email...
The shipping # was fake. It was from over a YEAR ago.
I was scammed. Don't fall for it.

Pockets sewed on too high and crooked. Had to return the defective shirt. They wouldn't cover the cost of shipping and I still haven't received my money back more than a month later.

I am very impressed with these shirts! I got them for my husband and each (& every!) time he wears one, he always gets lots of compliments. They wash well (hang dry!) and look great!
They don't care! No LiveChat, no replies for e-mails and I sent countless messages. Nothing. They should be out of business. I will dispute with my bank. Their loss.
