The bad, I had arranged this for a pick up date and was not informed of the 48 hour driver assignment period, it was rather inconveniencing to schedule time off work for an expected day and then have to take unscheduled time off work.

The good, driver was friendly and kept me informed of his location and expected delivery time and even was able to make it earlier than he had anticipated, and unloaded the vehicle quickly.

Great service. --Would use again. Will pass the word around. Thanks road runner.

I just had a car delivered today from MN. The driver called me 3 times prior to delivery and was on time. I was impressed after reading some of the other reviews. No problems at all.

I called Roadrunner Auto Transport a few weeks ago to move my car from NY to FL. Their staff was extremely helpful in helping me book my move. They were very knowledgable about the industry and I definitely recommend using them. I travel back and forth from NY to FL often and I will be using them for all of my future transports!

Roadrunner provided an excellent service from first contact to final delivery. The pickup was scheduled 4 days after booking and occurred on my desired date. Both the driver and Roadrunner contacted me regarding the pickup time.

Tom, the driver arrived earlier than his estimated time and not only had our car unloaded by the time we arrived, but also had the motor running and the car warming up. Tom also noted a problem he had encountered in starting the car in case it stalled out when we were driving home. It is worth noting that Roadrunner was $30.00 and $80.00 cheaper than the other companies we contacted.

Roadrunner Transport provided excellent and timely service. They were not the cheapest quote I got but they were not the most expensive either. I really wanted a quote from a bonafide company (not a broker working from their home phone) that was not going to change, as well as timely pickup and delivery, and that is exactly what I got. I would use this company again.
