Little communication and value beyond the web site. They appeared to be only a broker (middle man) of services. Driver was paid a fraction of what I paid.

Great service- very friendly! A little longer than expected to deliver, but all was in order!

I received my car from roadrunner promptly. The process getting it started off smoothly then we ran into issues with the price agreed upon. After talking it through another representative found a carrier that would deliver on the price agreed upon. The carrier was extremely nice and worked well with me to make sure I recieved my car on time.

I phoned the office several times and was placed on eternal hold, or transferred to extensions that didn't exist.
*** When I finally received my car it was placed on the bottom carriage at the very end of the carrier, despite the fact that I had paid for a front position directly behind the cab. They are not honest people, have endless banter of excuses, and are unconcerned with customer care or support of any type.

Very quick order process

I was misqouted from the start. After they had mt credit card on file they told me my rate was four hundred more than what they previously quoted on the email quote. While they did give me the option to cancel the contract it was too close to my car moving date. I just wish they were honest upfront.

Roadrunner was slow on scheduling vehicle pick-up and way too slow on updates. I had to call several times to find out when the vehicle would be picked up. I then had to call several times to find out when my vehicle would be delivered. The truck driver was a professional though. At least Roadrunner (the broker) hired a quality truck and driver.

The online ordering process was simple and quick. But I had a little trouble getting information. It was over a holiday weekend, so that might explain the breakdown in communication. But the entire transport went quickly and smoothly.
