If you need a specific pickup and delivery date, this is NOT the service to use. I was satisfied that my car arrived undamaged, but the delivery was at 10PM! I'm usually in bed by 9PM! For the first week after placing the order, I heard nothing from Roadrunner. I had to call to find out what was happening, and even then I got nothing; only that they were waiting for a carrier to pick up the order. Had I been aware that it worked this way, I could have been more patient.
Easy booking, will determine overall service upon delivery.
Delivery was two days later than scheduled and was pushed out twice.

Spoke to Rod to book at about 9:30 am Fridat to get quote and book. He said I would get an email in a xouple of hrs to electronically sign. It never came. I called numerous extensions to find out where it was, and have been unable to get through to anybody anywhere. I had been caling from 7:30-9:00 pm et. And no answer anywhere.
Pick up and delivery were very fast. Actually ahead of schedule. We are very satisfied.
