When I first contacted Roadrunner, the representative made it sound like they could pick the car up within a day or two from when I completed my ebay purchase. Time passed and nothing happened. I sent a message through their website and got no response, so I called back and talked to the same rep. He assured me it would be picked up in a day or two and I would be contacted. Another few days passed so I called their general number. The pickup location was a remote part of Colorado and they were having trouble locating a shipper. To make a long story short, they eventually found a shipper giving me and the seller only one day notice. Fortunately the seller was agreeable and the car was on its way.
I was very pleased with the actual shipper. He was professional, had taken good care of my car and helped me unload and go over starting, and things the previous owner had told him about the car. Although a slow, at times frustrating experience, in the end, I was very happy with the equipment and the way my vehicle was transported.
