Very Helpful. Was scheduled to have auto p/u on a Wednesday. Operator called and said driver/truck needed new brakes and would need to p/u our vehicle on Thursday. Only problem was we were taking our flight our on Thursday. No problem. Driver met us on Wed night to p/u our vehicle. The delivery was seemless. He had it in our driveway w/o us knowing he was outside unloading. Only question I had was our payment. I paid a few bucks more to have our vehicle on the top to avoid other vehicles in transport above leaking fluids on our car. When it was delivered there was vehicle oil on the car, meaning it wasn't on the top. Not a big deal. Took it to get detailed and all is fine. No permanent damage. Very satisfied with the service.
Went just like is was supposed to!
Easy to book, good service.
Very good. Arrived on time
This was a very professional company got me my car in the specified amount of time and there weren't any scratches or other issues.
It was great and ahead of schedule
Good
Smooth easy process
The reservation process is easy to follow.
I was happy to receive my vehicle promptly and without scratches.
Problem free transport from pickup to delivery.
Car delivered one day late and badly stained with soot
No one from customer service was available for 2 full days. Should not be run this way, customer service should be available every day
Excellent communication. Some issues with pick up and drop off times despite me providing explicit instructions. Otherwise, a good experience.
Went well, first time user and had no issues.
Worst experience! Booked a pickup for a move from PA to GA over a month in advance. Was quoted $800 and as the day of requested pick up approached, we were concerned that we had not been contacted to confirm time of pick up or any other details. We called Road Runner, and they ASSURED us that this was not unusual the carrier would be assigned a day or two before the pickup. We were contacted the day before the scheduled pick up date by Road Runner that a carrier was assigned... autoDrive Inc. that was the only info. No contact number, no address, nothing else. They informed us that it was now $913 and asked if we wanted to proceed. We asked what options we had, confused as to how he now has a different fee than the quote. We were told we had to confirm we still wanted the pick up, and we said yes, given we had no time to find an alternative. They ASSURED us the carrier would contact us 2 to 3 hours before pick up. At 1 pm on the day of pickup, we STILL had not heard ANYTHING from the carrier. We called Road Runner to see if they could provide ANY estimate of pick up time, or any contact info for the carrier. They ASSURED us that the carrier would contact us 2 to 3 hours before pick up, and pick up could be as late as 9 pm. No carrier contacted us, it is 9 pm on the day of scheduled pick up, and we leave at 5 am tomorrow morning on the relocation, with no option but to now drive the vehicle and a moving truck. Oh... Road Runner charged us the full $913 and closed at 5 pm and us not responding.
It is without a doubt, the biggest scam or most incompetent organization ever.
DO NOT USE THEM!
Ordering transportation of my car was very easy and I look forward to recommending your company to friends. Your drivers were very courteous and helpful.
I booked a car transport with RR... a day or so later a date for pickup was set but and additional $300.00 was needed to ship on the day that worked for me, ugh, I paid it as I wanted the car to arrive in NM that week. The expected arrival date is just that---don't expect it to get there on the date quoted as may car did not arrive on quote date. The 48 hour window that they say exists is just to cover there inability to schedule shipping times correctly. I did not hear from driver until a day after expected delivery, and then driver told me "someone" else would be bringing it the last 2 hours of its trip to me. The whole drop off was a fiasco and I had to make alternate plans to pick up and store vehicle as I was 45 mins from drop off location.
After expressing my concerns to Sean Brady, he unjustly sent a slew of emails telling me how good the company is and what their policies are, I told him I unsatisfied with the shipping service and his "canned corporate" responses were of little comfort to me. I further asked him to stop emailing me, and of course... he did not, it seems Sean had to have the last word regarding my shipment.
Overall--poor service, poor customer service relations, poor driver communication, and overpriced for what service was received... lesson learned, use a single source private carrier instead of a dollar hungry middleman broker who only sees $$$$$
When I originally booked the transportation on your website I was quoted $835.00. Subsequently it was changed to $1,095. Not sure why?
It was very disorganized my vehicle was picked up late delivered late cause a lot of issues
Very easy form and to submit request; received car on time
Answer: Via the website it was pretty easy and they called once. But, when giving updates, they didn't call as promised and just emailed.
Answer: There are many shipping brokers and definitely do your research. I've shipped over 12 times and this has been the absolute worse experience I've ever had.
Answer: 8 days after I paid extra money than initially asked for
