Excellent. Driver was very professional. Picked up and delivered exactly as he said he would.
I contacted Roadrunner support after my shipment was delayed almost a week beyond the designated delivery time, and my email or calls were never returned.
RoadRunner promptly answered my questions and its driver did a fantastic job. My car was delivered ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. I will definitely use RoadRunner for future transportation needs.

This has been a lot easier than I thought it would be. I hope the actual shipping works out just as well;)
Online was fast and effective and clearly the best way to do business! I called the phone number listed and got a representative who lied to me about the price by adding an additional 300.00 to my potential reservation. I guess this is how he makes his money but as a customer I resent it. I booked completely online and got the price of the original quote!
However when I got the confirmation call the price increased by 200.00 so not completely upfront about the price.
I got my car delivered the evening before the promised date and picking up my car at night was a HUGE mistake on my part as I did not see all the damage done to my car during transport! Smooth move my Tony the driver. My car was in showroom condition 2020 and brand new. I received it with scrapes in the paint on the rear of the car and a dent in the driver side door I did not detect until a week later so I had no recourse in placing a claim.
Excellent service will use roadrunner every year
