Road Runner service, once my car got to Pennsylvania, was terrible. My car arrived at Morrisville, PA, on September 17th. A call was made that it was there on Sept. 18th and a message was sent by phone. Unfortunately, the message was erased and I did not get the message that the car had arrived at Starway Logistics at 1 EMY Lane in Morrisville, PA. Another call or attempt to reach me was not made. I called Road Runner numerous times as Road Runner's records will show. I was told that the car was in Ohio and that it would be delivered on September 24 or 25. On September 25th I finally found out that the car was in Morrisville. I called the number *******924 and spoke to Nick who was not respectful of me. He said the car would be delivered on Monday, September 28 and he refused to deliver it on Friday, September 26. The car was not delivered on Monday the 28 nor on Tuesday the 29 as he promised it would be. The car was finally delivered on Wednesday, September 30. That is 13 days after it arrived in Pennsylvania. My car sat in a lot in Morrisville for 13 days. Road Runner couldn't tell me where it was and the lot manager at Starway Logistics did not attempt to call me again and was rude and held up delivery of my car for days after I talked with him. I am going to consider filing a complaint with the state regulatory commission about this experience with Road Runner transportation and at the very least, I intend to give Road Runner a very bad review in Yelp and other internet review sites as this should not happen to another person.
