Every thing was as promised!
Used before, they were excellent then and expect no difference this time. THIS TIME turned out to be the exact same level of service as I got the first time. Totally excellent transport company.
The driver was so professional and I appreciated knowing my car was in good hands. It was delivered right on time.
The autofilled city is incorrect and i was unable to change it on the form provided online. Also when I received my car it was covered in oil and other liquids that leaked from the car above it. It took 3 washings to finally remove all the sticky oils etc from my car

Courteous driver and delivery was early. Customer service didnt contact me as often as I would have liked to receive updates. Found myself initiating the calls more... BUt overall a positive experience!
Simple, straight forward process to book online!
Horrid service. Pick date was set for a Friday, never received any calls explaining why that pick-up didn't occur on selected date. Had to call 3 times that day to finally get a straight answer. Customer service representatives were nonchalant about everything and didn't show the slightest bit of concern. Days followed with the same lack of communication and care. My car did not ship until Wednesday of the following week (5 days later after said pick up date) which caused delays in my cross country move.
No apology was ever issued for that delay. Once my car was shipped it was extremely delayed in arriving to Savannah GA its final destination. I did receive a few updates from service representatives making excuses for the delays eluding to the truck carrying it breaking down but was never offered an apology or any price concessions for the numerous mishaps. When the car finally arrived nearly two weeks after it's ship date the driver of the truck also blamed the delays on his truck breaking down. Bottom line is this, nobody on your side of things (service representative or drivers) should make your problems mine. Fix the problems on the back end and make sure you uphold your end of the agreement. When someone is paying $1600 to have a car shipped, the service should reflect that price which it never did. I'd appreciate an actual phone call follow-up explaining why nothing was ever done to accommodate all these mishaps. It cost me valuable time and money on my end to fully complete my relocation.
It look longer to book the truck than I expected. Also, I was quoted a price and, when the truck was finally scheduled, I was told that the driver had insisted on payment of $300 more than I was originally quoted. At that point, I just wanted to have the car shipped and was in no position to decline the increased cost. I have used Intercity Lines previously for closed transport and was never the victim of a "bait and switch" like this. I would not consider using Roadrunner again for this reason.
Your communication with your hired drivers could be better. I had no idea and neither did your CSR have any idea that the transporter had a service issue and my delivery was goining to be delayed.

Answer: There are many shipping brokers and definitely do your research. I've shipped over 12 times and this has been the absolute worse experience I've ever had.
Answer: 8 days after I paid extra money than initially asked for
