Road runners customer service was very unprofessional. My pickup date was confirmed and paid in advance, they booked a driver, drafted the fees then changed the driver the day of pickup and redrafted fees. The last minute change moved to a driver that was over-hours. My pickup was over 72 late for pickup, which is in breach of their service guarantee. I had stayed in the town to move this vehicle and this tardiness almost made me miss my plane. I had called roadrunner to ask for help, to ensure my vehicle would leave soon. They were very rude, adamantly told me they wouldn't issue a return (even when I didn't ask). The young lady on the phone didn't want to give the name of her manager and then she said she wouldn't transfer to so that I could discuss this. She said if I wanted to rebook, she would push my pickup date put 2 weeks. I was so appalled at the attitude and will never recommend this business to anyone. Sad that this company still exists.

I had to submit my payment twice. I hope it didn't charge me twice. It didn't so I was thankful for that. My only issue was the driver wanted me to meet him and drop off my car which was far and I thought I'm paying for a service so it should be convenient for me the customer. I had my 4 year old sun and was dealing with an out of state move. Me meeting the driver to drop off my car wasn't going to be convenient. It resulted in the driver coming at 9:00pm vs 5:00pm, which wasn't ideal but I have to say my car arrived a day before it was supposed to and was there before I was, so that's why I have the ratings that I did.
Easy and professional... Car was picked up on time but delivered slightly late. I like that the same person that picked it up, dropped it off! This was a newer Dodge Charger with 24 inch custom wheels which most car carriers would charge more for. Roadrunner and their driver had no problems with this and nothing was damaged or hindered on the car. I would recommend Roadrunner to my friends and family. Great service, great price!

Service was good. Good communication. Arrived a little late but I was informed of delay the entire time.
The experience was fantastic and very straight forward so far.
The booking process was easy and convenient. But the pick up of my car was a day later than was scheduled, and the drop off was three days later than scheduled. That being the case, I had to make arrangements to accommodate the drivers, and was without a car for longer than I expected.
All of my interactions have been professional and confidence inspiring. They maintained very good communications.
So far, do good. I will feel much better when my car is in my garage :) I have received my car.as promised!
