Matthew was ultra responsive! Got me a guarantee booking immediately. The car arrived just as scheduled. The driver was really careful and took his time unloading it. I would recommend Roadrunner to friends and family.
I paid extra for a covered transport. That was not what was provided.
The gentleman arrived from San Diego pulling an open trailer with my car and a Porsche as his load.
I have no way of knowing how it was transported from the midwest.

The driver did eventually get my car to me after being delayed for two day. However my reservation was booked in the amount of $545.00 with Booking # R******* on 3/2/2016 with vehicle ready date 3/26/2016. On 3/26/2016 when things started to fall apart. I was told it was no record of my car was to be picked up on 3/26 and the biggest shock was it was no Booking #R*******. Unbeknown to me my Booking # had be changed to R******* and the price was now $50.00 more ($595.00). I had no knowledge of the change at all. I ended up paying $50.00 more than was on my contract. I will never use Roadrunner again and will not recommend to any one I know. It just a rip off. It was just a bad rotten experience.
