The website is super easy and when I called for further information the man who helped me was honest and helpful. Unfortunately the driver who picked up my car for "roadrunner"- they are just the facilitating entity wasn't great. On both pick up and delivery he initially wanted to meet me in places other than those I had specified and only upon my insistance did he come where he was assigned to come. He also made me google the drop off location as he was too lazy to do it himself. In the end it all worked out fine but I shouldn't have had to battle about the pick up and drop off locations and times. I have done this many times before and every time was easier than this one.

Was easy, straight forward, my car was carried on the bottom level. I noticed some chips in the paint and a small chip in the windshield. I did not think they were there before but I could not verify so I did not place a claim. Carry on top would probably have been better.

Want to know more about pick-up and drop-off expectations (time, date etc.)
The driver scraped the bottom of the car when loading the vehicle in Boston.
No issues.
Overall good service, but driver had called to say he would deliver at 10pm then called again at 10pm to say he would deliver at 10:30 pm and ultimately showed up at 11:30 pm
So far very good
Jeep arrived a few days late, but it all worked out!
I got my vehicle many days before it was even due! Great job!
