Again it was a pleasure dealing with your driver. He was very professional. The car arrived on the date it was promised.
It arrived a day early at night but the driver offered to come back the next day. It came in an enclosed trailer whereas I asked for an open transport. I had to pay about $300 more than I was quaoted because the transport was available at the time and I was not offered an option.
As for the driver, a great guy.
GOOD SERVICE, friendly staff, quick responses to my questions. Took a few days to correct the date vehicle was available for pickup, this delayed the delivery of the vehicle.

The car was delivered in very good condition. Shortly thereafter the car died on my driveway. I confirmed with the dealership in Ohio that Roadrunner staff disconnected battery for transport (which I learned from several sources that this was typical for safety). A Chevy sales team member informed me that this is not good for newer cars as it can really mess with the car's computer (this was confirmed by a test only smog check tech who had me drive a few hours to reset the computer). The Roadrunner staff member did not secure the battery terminals when the car was delivered to California. After returning the driver to their truck (my street is narrow, and the truck could not navigate it) I had 2-3 starts, then the car would not start until talking to AAA and my personal mechanic. I had to tighten the battery terminals, and the issue went away. Three hours wasted because the person who disconnected the battery did not reconnect the battery. Freeking Bone Heads.
Driver missed pickup date three times. Driver did not provide delivery date or time. Driver arrived at delivery location without prior phone call, unannounced, unexpected and after business hours. Demanded someone immediately take delivery or driver would drop car on the street and go out of state to next pickup/delivery. Completely unprofessional and unsatisfactory experience, start to finish. Otherwise, it was fine.
Zach quick to follow up. Good customer service so far. However, delivery delayed one week due to transport repairs to their vehicle. Once i received the direct contact info of the driver, he was good to correspond and we connected. Would recommend.
Answer: Via the website it was pretty easy and they called once. But, when giving updates, they didn't call as promised and just emailed.
Answer: There are many shipping brokers and definitely do your research. I've shipped over 12 times and this has been the absolute worse experience I've ever had.
