Driver missed pickup date three times. Driver did not provide delivery date or time. Driver arrived at delivery location without prior phone call, unannounced, unexpected and after business hours. Demanded someone immediately take delivery or driver would drop car on the street and go out of state to next pickup/delivery. Completely unprofessional and unsatisfactory experience, start to finish. Otherwise, it was fine.
Zach quick to follow up. Good customer service so far. However, delivery delayed one week due to transport repairs to their vehicle. Once i received the direct contact info of the driver, he was good to correspond and we connected. Would recommend.

I paid $900 and was forgotten about till last minute and had to cough up an additional $400. To speak to an actual representative is nearly impossible and that's not even covering the fact of how my vehicle was damaged and late on arrival. To put the cherry on top the driver drove my truck through my neighborhood in 4 wheel drive and the 2 hours of holding on the phone to speak to a representative I was met with a rude, and incredibly shallow person who was no help what so ever.
Both the pickup and drop off drivers were friendly and professional. They walked me through the process. Good experience using road runner.

The overall process involved absolutely zero communication. The transport was 4 days late, which was not communicated. Arrival times were not communicated. Pick up times were not communicated. After several calls, it was also apparent that the dispatcher and the drivers were not communicating. #failuretocommunicate #poor customerservice #boo
Pretty darn easy.
This was an easy, painless, and inexpensive way to ship my truck to my son. I would recommend this set service to others.

Website should explain the requested pickup date is estimated. Once carrier was selected they could not provide accurate pick up time

We are very happy with Road Runner transport. Our car got from Chicago to Arizona in the timeframe they said.
Everything went as planned. Driver was courteous and professional. Only difficulty was getting updates on arrival time. That said, however the driver took pictures of vehicle upon pickup and emailed them to me.
