Everything went fine, the car ignition had a wire come off and it would not start... I used my golf cart to pull the car out with the help of the truck driver, a nice guy that was great he was a good communicator and helpful.
Picked up at wrong time and we had no idea was coming until he got there. Very poor communication!

Awesome. As long as you answer your phone when they call you will get extremely fast response. If you need to call them back, you might get an answer right away or you might just end up waiting a long time on hold to be helped. Once you are confirmed, it's smooth sailing from there. Used them again within a month and got even better service/results!

Very easy to use and follow-up e-mails and a phone call was done after our initial quote. So far very professional and look forward to getting the vehicle.
Was given a different price than what agreed upon receiving the quote. Asked for a specific date of pick up and was assigned a driver at the last minute. Poor communication with Agency. Had to reach out to them for information and updates on pick up.

Answer: Via the website it was pretty easy and they called once. But, when giving updates, they didn't call as promised and just emailed.
Answer: There are many shipping brokers and definitely do your research. I've shipped over 12 times and this has been the absolute worse experience I've ever had.
Answer: 8 days after I paid extra money than initially asked for
