However, after cleaning the car, that was dirty when unloaded, multiple scratches were observed.
I followed the claim procedure as I purchased additional insurance, but I am still waiting for the payment that was approved. (11/25/2019)

The driver contracted was very friendly and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and was very confident because he's been doing transport for 15 years.
Timely and Effecient
The price I paid was higher than the initial quote from Roadrunner. Additionally, the car was transported several days later than was initially agreed upon. The transport itself was cool once the car was finally picked up. Communication with Roadrunner was also satisfactory at best, i had to call on mulitple occasions. I wouldnt necessarily recommend Roadrunner for vehicle transport.

This company has continued for several months to cheat me out of 150.00 claiming they came to pick up my vehicle when in fact the order was cancelled. Rob the customer service person I originally placed the order with is a terrible person telling me the company would refund my money, then not doing so. Please do no give this company your bank or credit card information over the phone. Even after my bank attempted to get the money refunded, Road Runner has refused to refund my money.

I've used roadrunner twice and have been very satisfied.
Was upset that my pick up day kept getting cancelled, but once a transport finally picked up the vehicle, it arrived across country in 3 days which was amazing.
