Good battery, packing of said battery wasn't so hot, big box for the battery laying on the bottom of the box, tons of cushion pillows on top of it. Good protection for all sides but the bottom., I would suggest spray foam type packaging for heavy objects.

Ordered size 8 and they fit better than the size 10 that I will be returning. I am 5'2 and 125 lbs and usually wear size 10 women's pants or 32 waist if I buy men's gear. I was on the fence based on Klim's sizing chart and I do not like returning items.

I bought the Rev'it Expedition GTX Boots in size 45. Great boots, but unfortunately they are too big for me even though I usually wear a 10 1/2. Returned them today. The return was stupid easy.

I would have bought them again in a 44, but they are out of stock. So the waiting begins. I'd rather wait and buy them here than anywhere else.

I recently ordered a new helmet, a Cardo, and a Servo Buddy.

At checkout, it showed that the helmet and Servo Buddy would ship together, while the Cardo would ship standard. I paid for expedited shipping specifically for the helmet and Servo Buddy.

However, once I received the tracking information, I noticed everything had been sent via FedEx SmartPost. I reached out because I was frustrated that it wasn't clearly stated that ordering a Cardo would require ground shipping — and that all items would be bundled together as a result.

To their credit, they refunded the expedited shipping cost (around $30–$35).

What really impressed me, though, is that the helmet and Servo Buddy still arrived just two days later, and the Cardo followed shortly after.

Not sure what kind of behind-the-scenes magic they worked, but it definitely didn't go unnoticed. Really appreciate the effort — thank you guys!

Product selection and purchase was easy. Shipping was the problem. USPS lost my package for 5 days then delivered an empty bag. Revzilla made everything right and sent a replacement part without issue. I'll definitely be back with customer service like that!

The pants I ordered arrived with a missing buckle. The replacement pants that came had the buckle but we're dirty and had been worn before.

The correct item was received. Thor terrain enduro jacket army green and charcoal in 3xl.

From the size guide I deliberately ordered a size up, which was fortunate as the armour only just fits under the jacket, so I would recommend people go up one size if not two sizes.

I love compression knee-high socks for riding and every day wear. I usually get the Revzilla brand socks with the wide orange stripe up top of the sock - from the toe to the knee. They're no longer available on revzilla.com. Why? Please bring them back.

I have place 5 orders in the past 6 weeks and while some of the orders arrived in a timely fashion, others took well beyond the 1-5 day shipping agreement with Revzilla. One order was actually returned to the shipper for no apparent reason. Revzilla called to see if I wanted to cancel. Why should I cancel? I ordered the item, just get it to me! Revzilla needs to re-think who they use for shipping...

Ordered above, received suite instead of pants. A little irritated by requirement to send multiple pictures proving this when item received was almost twice the price of the pants. Never the less once I provided the information Revzilla staff promptly processed the return and replacement and credited my account with $15 for the inconvenience. I plan on purchasing a helmet from them this spring.

RevZilla offers several different brands of just about anything motorcycling you are looking for. If there isn't an in depth video on the item, there are usually some reviews that give a decent idea of others experiences. RevZilla may not have every nuanced brand, but I highly recommend checking here first. At the very least, you leave the site knowing better questions to ask based on the feedback from the items they do carry.
