Failure to communicate

I ordered 5 screws for my clutch. Said all were in stock. They only shipped 3 and then 4 days later shipped the other 2. Had to buy extra screws from other retailer in order to have enough to meet deadline for trip.

Very high quality pair of RST boots that work on the street and on the track. Amazing features and quality for the price, especially when discounted to $130, but even at the full retail. Comfortable and safe construction. I have 30 years of experience with $400-$500 boots, from Alpinestars, Sidi, Forma, and TCX. These RST rock!

Helmet is great however every order I have placed with RevZilla in the past couple of months has been fulfilled by Comoto and shipped using FedEx. All three shipments have encountered delays.

Not what they used to be

What made Revzilla special is definitely gone. It's just another gear site, only prices are not competitive anymore. Plus, search and product filtering are just obsolete, and finding what you need is nearly as impossible.

P. S - had a follow up with customer service that went horribly. Revzilla customer service in the past has always gone above and beyond, but James M was terrible. Wouldn't price match items despite the website policy clearly stating they do. It was from another American company and fit all criteria. Very disappointing.

That’s certainly not the impression we want to leave, and I understand how disappointing that must have been, especially given your past positive experiences.

Regarding the price match, I’d like to clarify that we’re only able to match pricing on the exact same item and exact same version — including the same brand, model, size, color, and current production version — when it’s sold by a qualifying U.S. retailer and meets all other criteria in our policy. If any of those details differ, even slightly, we unfortunately aren’t able to honor the match.

That said, I truly regret that the interaction itself felt so frustrating and fell short of our usual standards. We appreciate you taking the time to share this, and your feedback will be passed along so we can continue improving both our policies and how clearly they’re communicated.

I bought a gas tank and shift lever which were received 2 days later. I have the Riders Preferred membership which has free 2 day shipping. I have ordered small and large items which arrive quickly. I like being able to order something small and not have to worry about shipping.

I found that I was missing a rear brake return spring for my DRZ400. It used to be that you could run down to the dealer for something like this. In 2025 they will "order it for you". Skip the middle man and use RevZilla. Shipping was kind of pricey, but my bike is back in action.

Old vs new tires

I thought I bought new tires at least 2025. Found out the the front was 2024. Shop state that they don't like to put tires that are two years old. Told them I just got the this past week. They did put them on but from here on, will have to make sure the are new stock and not old stock?

One of the reasons I ordered from Revzilla was because everything I needed showed in stock. Typically that means arrival by standard shipping occurrs within about 1 week. However the actual experience this time was that my order was split among several staggered shipments which prevented me from completing the bike maintenance I needed the parts for until the final item arrived more than a week after the first items started showing up.

Out of my element

So I decided to buy my husband a helmet even though I had no idea what I was doing! Lol Had to open up several windows to read about details as I read about helmets. This was done in two different rather long sessions on their website. My brother in law who manages a harley davidson dealership suggested I use the RevZilla sight. I finally settled on one and gave it to my husband as a birthday present. HE loved it.

Klim Arsenal Vest (2nd generation)

Order shipped very quickly. This is my second Arsenal Vest. I previously owned the first generation version too but I unfortunately let it touch my exhaust pipe and it melted. If you need to carry lots of tools and extra parts especially for longer distance rides, this is the best I've found so far. Very comfortable and distributes the weight evenly so my back doesn't hurt after an all day ride. Highly recommend.

I'm now a rpm member member and I don't know why I didn't go sooner. 2 day shipping is great and the discounts and "cash back" is worth it to me. Customer service does need a little follow up as I had to call them twice for a defective item I received but overall corrected the issue
