Navigation of the site is easy, I was able to find my needed items quickly. Communication regarding shipping and delivery status was excellent. Parts arrived on time.

Went to Revzilla because they have what I need in stock. No waiting. Two days later I have a set of the right tires to mount!

Parcel arrived 1 day after scheduling and unfortunately Box was quite wet and damaged. Helmet has been inspected and a slightly mark reported via email.

Bought two new helmets. Sizing charts were unique to the Shoie and HJC that I purchased but were dead-nuts on. Product was packaged well and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, very satisfied.

Have never had a bad experience partor accessories are always as described. I haven't had anything arrive damaged packaging is always done properly with revzilla.
As soon as you place your order they keep you updated on the entire process from start to finish I have no complaints.

I have a great experience shopping with Revzilla, great prices with a lot of choices for motorcycle gear. Jackets, boots and other items have been of great quality

The purchasing experience was great and my items shipped very quickly.

However, Revilla uses FedEx as their shipping partner for their free shipping. For some reason my items sat in one location for three or four days, missing their delivery date by two days. This was less than ideal but whatever.

Final thoughts, definitely buy from Revzilla! Just be sure to order well in advance of needing your purchase. This will account for the carriers inability to be proficient in their part with getting your item(s) to your door.

Order was processed and quickly shipped with the information that I requested. The fault was mine not knowing much of the parts I requested for.

Revzilla divided my purchase into 3 different packages and sent me only two tracking numbers. I had to contact them several times to understand where was the missing package and the reasons for the delay. Many answers provided by them were absolutely disconnected from que questions made, it was overall a extremely frustrating experience, finalizing with an one hour call with Fedex to ensure delivery during my stay in the US, what Revzilla customer service never managed to do

I wont purchase again. I had a tracking number for my order in 24 hours but it took them 10 day to ship it. I tried to cancel the order after 6 days but i was told that it already shipped, that was a lie the label printed on the box said it was shipped 4 days after i called

Decided to order from RevZilla after finding out that my local bike shop wanted 50% more for the same tire.
Understood they need to charge more as they don't do the volume, but thought 50% was very unreasonable for picking up the phone and ordering a tire, which was extremely easy to do online with RevZilla.

Revzilla does not offer a direct exchange policy or offer free returns if exchanging an item for a different size. The consumer is forced to a return and then pay for shipping and then repurchase the item.

I bought a top box mounting rack and hardware and new top box locks for my motorcycle that will allow me to use my existing SHAD-manufactured top box on my Honda Africa Twin. It all seems to work fine.

Good battery, packing of said battery wasn't so hot, big box for the battery laying on the bottom of the box, tons of cushion pillows on top of it. Good protection for all sides but the bottom., I would suggest spray foam type packaging for heavy objects.
