My MC broke down while on vacation. Revzilla had the part I needed and shipped it asap so the shop could fix my bike. Ordered Tues 4pm, part was in Rutland VT by late Thursday.

I ordered a 2 piece racing suit and then returned it to get a different size. Revzilla says it's a no hassle return which I suppose gives me expectations. Their return process is pretty simple but there's no return label until you print it out at your expense. Revzilla is apparently the biggest and best which is why they have great availability of products but I would expect the most modern interactions. To add to this they don't accept dual payment methods. So, to use the method of payment I wanted to I had to use Affirm. There was no way I could use 2 methods of payment otherwise. Mild complaints, sure, but I'm just expecting the biggest retailer to also be the best along with the others but it seems a bit too basic. Can't take multipayment methods at time of purchase (even with customer support on the phone) and perhaps the return policy is similar to other motorcycle apparel but with shoe companies I believe you get free returns, or even eyeware, it encourages you to order even if you have doubts. How else am I to try on a race suit? Go to a dealer? Yuck. Overall excellent products and glad to order through them.

Straightforward transaction to order the item I needed. One thing I'd like to see that Revzilla didn't do was to post the dimensions of the product. I had to contact the manufacturer directly for the product dimensions to help better inform my decision on whether to purchase it.

I ordered a set of asv levers for my '22 triumph street triple r. Revzilla had just what I wanted in stock and shipped out the next day. I won't mention a different major competitor who did not even have my bike year and model as an option to choose your ride.

Ordered two tires for my Classic got them within 5 days also great pricing for tires if your not looking to pay Harley price.

I have a 2004 Honda ST1300 and it was missing a side rubber fairing piece. I checked several " OEM parts" places and the views are sometimes restrictive to smaller pieces or the view is obscured. Well, I found it at Revzilla with free shipping, while one other place wanted 10$ for shipping. I will be shopping Revzilla again, for my motorcycle needs.

Been wanting to try this seat after a Utuber that I follow told about it. I needed just a little bit more to comfortably ride for longer times. This seat is perfect for me. Now my elbows have a more relaxed feel. RevZilla came through with fast delivery and the seat arrived in perfect condition.

Its possible i didnt read the description very well perhaps. But i really did think i was getting a stand for the rear of the bike (Its not). However it does work as a rear stand if you try hard enough. To make it work even better, ill likely be cutting the pegs a bit so i can fit them on the swing arm. Btw to give you an idea of the size of my bike, its a DRZ400sm.

I bought some D606 tires and shortly after i decided i wanted a different tire. However mine were on the way. I called, got return shipping directions and sent them back once they arrived. My account was credited and it was all very easy.
