Over the winter I had ordered and received 6 spark plugs for my Goldwing. I finally got around to changing them out. In the process I dropped one spark plug onto the concrete floor of my garage, shattering it into many pieces. I went online to RevZilla and ordered just one spark plug. It arrived within 48 hours and delivery was free. That's what I call service!

I have a difficult time finding a rear tire for my 2018 Harley-Davidson Street 750. Its got a 15-inch rear and that almost limits you to exactly OEM tires (which I'd rather switch from). Using RevZilla, I was able to look for and find another alternative that was exactly spec size and are going to give me much better performance than my original tires.

Needed a new rear tire and finding it on Revzilla was a snap, with correct sizing for my wee-strom confirmed. Prompt free delivery and a price cheaper than what I was anticipating. Very good experience.

I ordered a jacket that was shipped to Sweden, it arrived in a very short time and everything was as promised. Great service!

The shipping box was damaged when it was delivered. One side was completely torn open and then taped shut. I'm not sure if anything was removed from the packaging, but this is concerning. Also, the Honda coolant is always getting out of stock. The discount coupons I received after placing the order are very restrictive, it would help to get a generic coupon that applies to a broader category of items.

This order was pretty awesome - I ordered the t-shirt one afternoon and I got the shipment the next morning!

Awesome bag excellent material and workmanship. The bag is just a little long for the rocket 3 gt seat. I will definitely still use the bag on trips but it would fit better if it was about 3 inches shorter.

Overall, a wonderful experience. Completely in awe of the customer service. Most businesses have little to none when it comes to CS. Most of my stuff shipped pretty fast, except for my helmet, but it's all good. My only complaint would be minor, but I do not like getting multiple emails from them everyday. I wish they would just send me one when something for my bike comes out. And maybe one a week with deals for gear. But that all, great place to get stuff for your motorscooter.

Ordered what I thought was an exact replacement for my sun faded safety vest. What I got was an item marked as Large but is two sizes too small. Apparently only "large" in Bangladesh.

I purchased an item from RevZilla's web site, which is great and easy to use, but the item I ordered showed it fit my bike and when the item arrived, it did not work. I sent a message to RevZilla explaining this issue and never received a reply. So my disappointment is two fold, one- it list a part as fitting, and it doesn't, and two- they never replied to my message.

My hands measure 7" in length and 8.25 in circumference. That being said I bought a medium. They fit good enough … there alittle long on the top of the pinky finger and about a quarter inch on my thumbs. They fit my palms snug but not too tight. Gloves seems made well and thought about they look great and don't feel to cheap. There aren't broken in yet as I have only worn them once so I don't wanna be bias here with cons. Only real negative I can say is the frabic on the top of the hands is soft to the point where, putting the gloves on you have to Velcro them to stay on your wrist right. Well that soft frabic catches on the Velcro and can pull up and get frayed looking. If you're careful it's not a problem.

The rear brake arm wasn't for the rear brake it was another shifter arm link but instead of getting it replaced I instead drilled through the bar and just flipped it to get it to fit because I'd rather put on a almost working part instead of waiting a week for the actual part. So not a bad experience but I normally person would've been pissed.

Mirrors did not mount as advertised by Kuryakyn, who I reached out to and was told by them that no adapters were necessary, although the Revzilla rep said they were required. I figured the manufacturer would know best. My mistake! I was able to adapt them to my 2011 Triumph Thunderbird Storm, with a little help from the local hardware store. They are functional and didn't come out too bad, but an adapter of some sort would have been favorable.

I tried to leave praise for your team member Rose who was very patient with me on your website however it stopped when I did not enter a sku. She assisted me reference an "open box item" that was my fault. Rose made it right which is the main reason why I've been Revzilla loyal customer for almost 20 years. Whoever higher Tose in HR hit a home run. Thanks.
