One of the reasons I ordered from Revzilla was because everything I needed showed in stock. Typically that means arrival by standard shipping occurrs within about 1 week. However the actual experience this time was that my order was split among several staggered shipments which prevented me from completing the bike maintenance I needed the parts for until the final item arrived more than a week after the first items started showing up.

So I decided to buy my husband a helmet even though I had no idea what I was doing! Lol Had to open up several windows to read about details as I read about helmets. This was done in two different rather long sessions on their website. My brother in law who manages a harley davidson dealership suggested I use the RevZilla sight. I finally settled on one and gave it to my husband as a birthday present. HE loved it.

Order shipped very quickly. This is my second Arsenal Vest. I previously owned the first generation version too but I unfortunately let it touch my exhaust pipe and it melted. If you need to carry lots of tools and extra parts especially for longer distance rides, this is the best I've found so far. Very comfortable and distributes the weight evenly so my back doesn't hurt after an all day ride. Highly recommend.

Not happy received shield and it was used. The listing didn't describe it as used and I paid for a brand new part. Not happy.

I'm now a rpm member member and I don't know why I didn't go sooner. 2 day shipping is great and the discounts and "cash back" is worth it to me. Customer service does need a little follow up as I had to call them twice for a defective item I received but overall corrected the issue

This helmet improved my riding quality significantly. I would like to ride everyday now. I ditched my old helmet and don't want to go back. Quality product for great price.

Customer service was excellent. The product was not well made though. I am sure the anomally is confined to that one product and in no way is represenative of the other products offered.

Ordered a helmet and it arrived in a few days. I ordered a size smaller than I usually do because the description said it runs large and the size I ordered fits perfectly. Exactly as described on the website.

I needed bars. OEM bars were dummy expensive. Revzilla had a decent price on the color I wanted for some aftermarkets and they were in stock, and Revzilla has had solid ship times in my experience. Really all there is to it.

I purchased a pair of pants based on sizing of a previous version. The new version was significantly smaller. I returned the XL and ordered 3XL which fit great. From order to receiving the correct size took just over one week.

I bought a great, safe, bright yellow, high-viz, and expensive new Arai helmet. My annoyance is that the helmet manufactured date was 18 months old. It's not really RevZilla's fault. That type of helmet is not high-demand, not "cool". That kind sits on the shelf for a while. I just wish RevZilla would have had a little more transparency with how old the "new" helmet was.

Ordered an upgraded chain for my bike. Which was only 10 dollars more than the factory one from honda and I got the chain in 2 days less than the estimated delivery!

Great experience, fast shipping. But too many emails, every day, got to be too much, had to unsubscribe. But will continue to use your site to purchase what i'm looking for.

I had something I needed to return and it's a hassle free experience. Easy to generate a label online and drop off for shipping. Can't get easier than that when shopping online.

I was able to get outfitted with complete riding outerwear gear one website. There is multiple excellent YouTube video reviews available for comparisons and gear review. Had to make a return for something that was too small and it was easy and seamless. I highly recommend RevZilla to any new or seasoned rider!
