I bought a dirtbike helmet that I absolutely adore and decided to try an ADV helmet from the same brand. The adv helmet wasn't right for me but the purchase and return experience was great as always.

I've been researching this helmet for a couple of months and watching every review I could find. I don't normally buy gear online for fear of buying the wrong side, but when I saw Revzilla had a terrific price for Black Friday, I couldn't resist. I carefully measured my head and chose the size that I felt was close enough and rolled the dice. The helmet and Bluetooth arrived quickly and fit like a glove. I couldn't be happier. Unfortunately, it's going to be a long winter before I actually put it to use, but it will give me plenty of time to break it in at home and learn how to use all of the Bluetooth functions. Pretty standard. Good and easy buying process. However, all those discontinued, size not availables, getting in the way of actual buy-able items is annoying.

I was in a pinch and needed some parts to complete my build within the seemingly unattainable timeline, and had most of my expedited order show up, while one part was unfortunately delayed. I reached out and within 12 hours a customer service representative responded and refunded my shipping costs. This is my first real time using revzilla for multiple purchases and the team is amazing. Part ended up showing up and all was well. Packaging and part quality is top notch. Highly recommend this online parts company.

I bought my insta360 X5 camera during the sale period for cyber week so I scored a good deal. The camera arrived quickly; everything was intact and pristine. Super happy, awesome service!

After not receiving a shipping confirmation for 5 days, I contacted customer service. They expedited everything, and I had the unit 2 days later.

The Puig windscreen for my Rebel 500 arrived with no mounting brackets. I called the company and they were going to check out the situation. So far I haven't heard back from them. It has been 5 days so far.

I ordered some gear and parts for my bike. Everything arrived in a reasonable time. Prices were good and when I had an issue with one of the products I ordered, RevZilla got my back. No complaints.

I thought they had made a mistake on my order that the order included tire irons with the purchase of the Rabaconda and I missed that you had to purchase a set of tires too. They contacted me and let me know that it was the correct items but they would go ahead and send me the pro tire iron set for no cost. Made me a faithful customer for life.

One item showed in stock. I ordered but when they looked for it to ship it was out of stock so I received a 10.00 credit towards another purchase

It would have been beter if my item was in stock at the local Cycle Gear store like your web site said. I did not receive them in time for my MSF riding class, but I have them now and used them today. Axial Block pants. Quite nice, glad I purchased them.

This is a Christmas gift and actually arrived quicker that i could have gotten it from amazon... box looks to be in great shape hopefully product inside is also... will know after christman... thanks

I finally ordered a complete suspension for my RGS- unfortunately the Progressive suspension was not as previously described in videos or as shown in pics, so I returned both items. Unfortunately return was more cumbersome as it required doing it online. As the directions weren't great I fumbled thru it, paid $10 for return shipping, but I only got 1 shipping label for 2 packages- which required taping 2 mismatched packages together at FedEx.

I got the package a little late but that's not revzillas fault. The sale was a great deal and I will be buying more stuff in the future, my only complaint is the gloves being to small for me, I tryed these gloves on in a store and they fit perfect but when I got these they didnt fit besides the return policy being a little to long to be worth it I was satisfied with this
