This product will be nice to use next Spring as my friends and I take an every year tour together. This will be trip 12 and this year it is to the upper east coast to Maine and such. The weather can be very changeable so having these in the luggage will be great protection if the weather should turn beyond chilly. Revzilla offered a $10 bonus and free shipping on Black Friday, so these were almost free. Revzilla is consistently my favorite supplier of cycling needs. The Regional USPS center made a mistake in handling my delivery. Tracking showed it was still in their system but updates were lacking making it seem as though it was lost. When I received the initial feedback email from RevZilla I followed the process letting them know I did not receive my order yet. I spoke with Customer Service and they acknowledged my package was most likely lost. They instantly refunded my $ and said if I eventually receive my delivery, to keep it no charge.

Shopping at RevZilla is easy becasue they have a huge selection. In my case, wet weather winter riding gloves. Where I am it doesn't get super cold but it does rain. The Rev'It Cassini H2O gloves are exactly what I needed for riding in Louisiana. I bike commute, so have used them everyday. In the rain my hands stay dry. In the cold, my hands stay warm when using the heated grips. Keeps the wind off my hands which is major.

Because I was purchasing two technical products I had to exit the shopping cart page twice to go back and confirm the specs/features on the product being ordered. This causes the card number and other data to be erased and then the information needs to be input again once "checkout" is clicked. It would be helpful if the items being purchased were constantly visible throughout the checkout process, including the most important product information and a picture of the product, product model name etc. The overall experience shopping and checking out is outstanding. The items I needed were in stock and shipped within 48 hours or less. 4 stars because nothing is perfect, and anything worth its self is constantly being improved.

The customer service is outstanding. I called about an item and the person explained what size would be best and if it wasn't I could send it back. I called s second time about a delivery she looked it up told me it would probably go the next day but was on its way. Both times they were very professional and polite.

Mostly your website not directing me to the correct products for my bike. Not directing your people the correct way to fit products so I say poor training on your side.
