I ordered a helmet known to be lightweight. I finally got it, and yes, it is exactly what I wanted. I can't figure out why it took exactly 14 days fro the helmet to be delivered. Before I got the helmet Revzilla sent me two emails asking me how I liked my new helmet.
Wasn't sure what the mirrors were going to look like on my bike so I only order one as they were universal fit. Once I confirmed I liked the look I ordered the second mirror thinking I've got a week or so before the part arrives I'll take my time doing some other minor repairs then BANG the mirror arrived early so i had to wrap the fixes so I get back out on the asphalt. The mirrors look and function great. Thank you!
Finding the common and not so common parts is easy with revzilla. The speed of delivery is also very nice.

Alliterative anarchy aside, this rebuild kit fit my '96 Honda PC800 perfectly, with 4 main seals, and 4 dust seals (2 each per caliper) along with the sealing washers, and other bits. It even included some small O-rings that I didn't have a place for; I assume that they are needed for one of the other models that this kit fits.
Boots fit wonderfully, tricky to get used to but very comfortable and more flexible than they feel. I ordered a size bigger after test fitting some boots in a store

Honestly, not great. I bought gloves that were the appropriate size according to the size guide. Not only was the size guide incorrect, but I couldn't even get them on my hand. So, I'm returning them. However, I am having to pay for shipping to return the gloves, which is insane that I have to pay for shipping twice for gloves I'm not going to use. Sorry I'm not going to use Revzilla again.

Actual delivery always takes 3 to 4 days longer than the email notification states. Why not just tell the truth?
Jacket itself is pretty good, but some the details were missed:
*Main zipper is difficult to start and then easily catches the lining.
*Cell phone pocket doesn't accommodate a smart phone. Too small
*Side pockets would be more useful if they were deeper.
I received my parts super fast. I bought a front tire that had been cut on the side wall, I assume in a packing situation.
Got with customer service " Samantha" and she had me a new tire on the way in a matter of minutes. Great job guys!

Pretty incredible experience. Shipping happened so fast that the package was on my doorstep before the tracking number updated to say it was even out for delivery.
Ordered the helmet on the 16th and read 1-5 days for normal shipping so I didn't spring for the 2 day shipping figuring it would be here for a ride the fallowing weekend and was pretty disappointed when I saw it wasn't going to show up till the 26th, the Monday after my ride. Other than that easy process and everything was good.

This isn't entirely RevZilla's fault, but the quality control on these RST boots has been disappointing. I bought a brand-new pair and after just one day of riding, the stitching started coming apart. I warranted them and received a replacement, but the second pair arrived used and damaged, which points to a QC issue.
For the third pair, I had to switch to a different color due to availability. I've only worn them once so far and I'm already seeing early signs of wear. I'll give them a few more rides, but this is concerning for a product at this price point. Additionally, based on the packaging, this pair appears to have been sitting in inventory for a long time—the box was beat up and all internal packing paper was missing.
Overall, the repeated issues suggest a need for better quality control before items are shipped out.
