Item ordered was missing a part, had to reach out to the manufacturer to obtain the missing part.

I got the wrong size shoes in a box labeled with a different size. Obviously was a return that was not checked. The shoes were not dirty or worn but you could tell the box had been opened and the shoes were just kinda chucked in there. I still order from Revzilla or just go to Cycle Gear.

Easy to shop, find what I was looking for, and it came quickly.

I always enjoy purchasing from RevZilla. They have the RPM membership discount. There's a chat available ask questions. You can call the store to ask questions and get a live voice. Great product review full videos typically that will answer any doubts or questions you have about a product. The return policy is super easy.

Provided good advice on size of jacket. Order process was easy. It took a little longer to deliver than expected, but no issue.
Goods sent with no signature required was a concern. Being a $600 jacket there was a risk of it being stolen by being left at door.

Detailed emails letting me know the status of my order. Jacket was great quality, fits great, and keeps me cool while I ride. 10/10

So to start off there was a bit of an issue with shipping, which is a total bummer. But, the product and the folks at RevZilla are absolutely aces, top notch, couldn't have asked for better consumer service. The product itself fits like complete money. The range of motion is dialed in. And I CAN NOT stress this more, whether you ride motorcycles or ride BMX, like me, the importance of having safety gear. It's the thin line from potentially wrecking yourself pretty good. Definitely will be back to do business with these folks.

As a motorcyclist I tend to rough it and I'm typically 'cheap' and buy just what I need to get by. That said, this time I wanted to get better but also not bulky wet gear as I live in South Florida where torrential downpours with warmer temperatures are the norm. (I didn't need insulation, just great rain protection). I purchased the BILT overboots and Merlin lightweight rain gear. All items were shipped and arrived well packaged and I can tell the quality is definitely aligned with the pricing.

When you need quality parts and quick shipping for all your motorcycle needs, like I did for my rear tire, no one beats Revzilla.

It was easy to find what I was looking for only wished the back support came with directions on how to correctly put it in but figured it out after trying it on.

They have the latest gear from the best brands. Poor weather delayed my first order to Australia, but the second is on track to take a week

Description of item was 2023-2025 I received the tank grips for a 2019... for that kinda money u would think they would get the order right
