The process of building a resume was easy and quick, but although it said it was
free, I had to pay to get the resume I just created. There is plenty of free templates on the internet, but I was in a hurry and this one was done! I just hate being misled.

The system isn't developed to write federal resumes. I had to delete and force changes in areas to get it to keep the required information at the top of the resume. I also didn't like the "free" option but once the resume was created I could only get access to it by paying $2.95 for a 2wk trial.

Don't advertise free resume building if you ultimately have to pay to actually retrieve the resume. Very misleading and very frustrating.
