I was happy with the process of building my resume but was not happy with the misleading information at the beginning of the process. You should be more upfront with the cost and commitment at the beginning. I would have rather you said it will cost you "X" amount of dollars to get a copy of your resume than to say it's free to use our service then turn around and charge me a monthly fee to actually get a copy.

Some debit cards are not supported. This do not make it easy for the person that is trying to retrieve their resume. I had to ask my mate to enter his info because i have online banking.
