This web site is easy to use. It is organized, and user friendly. Resume writing can be intimidating because the outcome (getting a job) is so serious. It mentors the user every step along the way to help ease your overall anxiety and make you see that you can do it! Having various templates to choose from takes away the stress of trying to format it on your own. One less thing so you can focus on the wording. Now that it is done, I feel a huge weight off of me and a sense of accomplishment.

It states a free resume and when I completed my full resume, then you hit me with "payment " info needed to continue to receive your resume. I don't think that is right. And now I have to reach out to stay any further payments being taken from me for my "not free resume"

Website says FREE RESUME and o still had to pay. Now my card info is out and now k have to try and cancel my subscription. I only needed to make a one time resume
You need to explicitly state from the start that we will be charged and this isnt free before they fill it all out. I understand this is the whole business model.
