I was booking a 2 night stay -a room for $99 that could be cancelled 24 hours in advance of stay. When I got my email confirmation they charged me an additional fee of $27 each night (which I had declined on the phone) and said if I cancelled I would have to pay 1 nights fee. On the phone they agreed to process a refund for the full amt. I later booked on line direct thru Hilton and got the same room free cancellation for $30 cheaper. Very frustrating. Hopefully the refund for the full amt will come thru.

I placed my reservation. And wanted to know if the restaurant across the street was open for business. The last time I was in frankenmouth, it was not open yet. He knew that information. He suggested insurance for cancelation because of the weather as well. Very informative.

I had a terrible experience booking. I was under the impression I was booking with the hotel but that was not the case. The person I was talking with said they were with the hotel but that was a lie. I got over charged. I am very unhappy and won't book again.
I was able to speak with a representative who easily answered my questions and booked my room. He gave attention to my concerns and was very helpful.
After nine phone calls to cancel my reservation, in which I was consistently disconnected, Hugo was the only person who went the extra mile to connect directly with the front desk staff at the property and walk through the cancelation process for me. He was fantastic with his problem solving and customer service. Thank you, Hugo!
The person on the phone sounded like a computer or AI. Gave out information fast & kept adding a zero where one was not needed.
I was double booked. Took forever to get booked. Then it was wrong! Luckily the manager of of the hotel was able to help me. I couldn't get through to whoever you are. I thought I was speaking to the hotel front desk and was never told different. I will NEVER book with you again. Also, I could have saved about $60 by going through the hotel. The lady that helped me was great! The rest of you SUCKED!
Was charged $15.00 again for the dog which was in the totals of $91.48. They charged me on my credit card when I got there and also asked for a cash deposit for the night of $20.00.

Completely disgusted with this service. Multiple issues with my reservation. Reviewed what I needed over and over and agent reassured what I was asking was included. After hanging up I received the information on email with MULTIPLE MULTIPLE ERRORS. I reported this right away by calling back only to receive a notice that it's nonrefundable which I was aware of but the fact that I was told certain things on the phone and what was on the reservation were incorrect not to mention even my last name. Still took my money. Won't issue a refund and only explanation was small excerpts of our conversation... not the parts where I ask repeatably what I needed and reassured it was included. You are also not dealing with someone in the US. This company is disgusting and would not refund even though the error is on the agent.

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
