After several days and also this morning's hour I have been able to confirm and pay for several rooms in Monterey Ca for my only sibling's burial in the Army Cemetery at Fort Ord. He was a Viet Nam infantryman during the worst period of the war and sacrificed a lot for our country. Niiya's skills and spirit made our trip possible financially even with the summer coastal/tourist and economic pressures. Thank you so much for your support of agents like her.
The person that waited on me was amazing and she explained everything she gave us a up grade because the room I reserved did not a elevator she even made sure I could see the fireworks since I love fireworks she was amazing
