Christopher helped me get the accommodations I needed for my niece and I. We were attending a meeting of State Employees. We arrived on Monday evening, September 22 for the conference the next day. We left on Wednesday morning the 23rd. I had asked Christopher if there was a complimentary breakfast. He said no, but he would be sure we had one. What a nice surprise to find complimentary breakfasts for both days given to me in an envelope along with our room keys. The dining room view was wonderful and the servers were attentive and super nice. It made our trip special.

I was told by you I could cancel my reservation with no issues by 10 am I called well before 10 am and now they are keeping my money! Don't ever book with them

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
