I called from Arkansas to make a reservation for a motel room in Texas for my daughter and grandbaby who were left stranded in a domestic abuse situation and scared. The room was for them to be safe until I got to them which was a 10-hour drive. A couple hours after reserving and paying (or so I thought) for the room she arrived and was told the room was not going to be available until the actual physical credit card was presented to finish the transaction. What was the point of making the reservations online and giving all my credit card information out if they were not going to charge it and therefore be able to let my daughter into the room to keep her safe? I was told by the operator who took my reservations that she would only possibly need a picture on her phone of my driver's license, which I sent her but it was of no use. THANKFULLY some good people loaned her enough cash to rent the room. Also important to note that I was using a military veteran discount, which was supposed to be around $25 cheaper BUT the cash price she paid was another $30 CHEAPER than my price on the phone. As far as I know, at this moment, my card was not charged but thinking back I never checked, so if so you'll be hearing back from me again. This was very frustrating and added.more stress to an already stressful situation. Total waste of my time and effort using your company and potentially putting my daughter and grandbaby in another dangerous situation. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Tried to make reservation online but ran into difficulties and was prompted to call a. Umber that was shown. The reservation went much quicker. The operator was easy to understanding and led me through the reservation process without any problems.

Despite telling the agent that there was a block of rooms reserved at a better rate, she booked me at a rate $600 higher. When I tried to cancel, as I was told by the holder of the block that there were still rooms available, I was told I would be charged a penalty of $500. I am having to make a bunch of extra calls to get this straightened out, and it is still not resolved.

Rebecca was very helpful when trying to unravel the complexities of family having membership benefits. She was friendly, kind and had a good sense of humour and was knowledgeable. 10/10 She did not transfer me to somewhere else or have us speak to those terrible Bots. Get rid of those Bots. Julio did awful job he reserved me a room that I paid for and I didn't get. I wanted a room with hot tub and I was told it was it available and I was NOT GIVEN any compensation for this charge. The floors was dirty, after showers and walking across the floor our feet turned black, rooms smelled of cigarette smoke really bad, tvs didn't work, ac was average basically sucked. Customer service at night was friendly but daytime was horrible

Booked a reservation accidentally with them they use false terminology said they work at the reservation desk of the hotel, which is not true, when I got to the hotel did not even get the room I booked, scammers. Do not use. Be careful.

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
