Needed to book a hotel in Nashville, TN - Hendersonville. Contacted Booking Agent Jorge Enrique who was most helpful. He asked my required dates and room requirements, gave me several choices, searched for the best prices, and even recommended alternatives with better amenities including fridge and free breakfast, Thanks so much!

We phoned the Hampton Inn Williamsburg for a booking and Mr Jesus said he was from the hotel and wanted to charge us almost $300 US including taxes, reducing it to about $261 including taxes for a non-refundable room.
When we reached the hotel we found that the room was $163 plus tax but we had agreed to $217 plus tax. Mr Jesus pretended to be from the hotel but was from some third party company. So I paid about 35% more than I should have paid and only that because it was non-refundable,
I also did not get the Hilton points to which I was entitled.
I rang the number on the Hilton website for this hotel, I am upset with Mr Jesus and Hilton,

Had to explain to him 2x that I have a pet. He still offered Spring View anyway, which doesn't allow pets. Then he hung up on me! Just horrible!

Barbie was the representative and no she lied to me she told me I was getting two nights for $158 it ended up being one night then they kept hanging up on us when we called back to tell them that they scammed me well now we got a message saying that we'll get the money refunded but I went through my bank and dispute it to charge so no Expedia will never get another bit of business from me at all the people that answer the phones there are rude they hang up on you and no this place is a joke you guys will never get business from me ever again

Beware of OTA's concerning this hotel. I thought I was calling the hotel and I got rerouted to a booking site! Not only did I get extremely overcharged, $633 for two nights, they tacked on another $229 after I checked out. I am having my bank investigate as this is fraud. Not only that, but the hotel was full of children from a soccer tournament. It was loud, over crowded and I couldn't get into the pool or the hot tub as it was filled with kids. I will never stay at another Drury Hotel.

I was told that breakfast was included and I come to find out this morning it was not. I had to pay for breakfast because it was not included. The hotel said it would not honor that because it was a 3 rd party site that made the reservation. She also said it was the last room available, which wasn't true either.
In the future, I will make sure I do not use Expedia or any third-party sites to make reservations. I've stayed at this hotel in the past and having an issue issue, but I did not book it through Expedia. I was traveling by myself and could not look up directly and just tell me the phone number from the Holiday Inn on West Touhy. I am very dissatisfied with your service.

I stayed in your motel in Winnemucca, NV on 20/08 checked in at 19:16 pm and for what should have been $110. Got charged $374.08

My husband and I were happy with the location of Hyatt House on Bedford Ave. Nashville Tn. Very close to the hospital. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The staff were very welcoming. We would stay again

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
