Even though we ran into a small snag (the room was sold out) Shannon quickly reassured that my efforts to book were not in vain because she found me another room, answered all of my questions and was very patient w an old timer like myself. I was told by you I could cancel my reservation with no issues by 10 am I called well before 10 am and now they are keeping my money! Don't ever book with them

Needed lowest price unit? That is somewhat of an ocean view. In my hotel room have a wheelchair, so I need it to be wheelchair. Accessible He did a great job looking into all these different things. And came up with something, let's hope it's a winner.

Two things: 1. Our dates were incorrectly submitted and caused a big problem 2. We were told the hotel had a shuttle to the airport. I called the hotel to confirm and was told no shuttle is available.

I tried calling the direct line for Super 8 Prince George BC first & understood 30% discount for today! I called at 8:29 pm& told only one person covering the desk& call back at 7am tmrw.! I called the online booking & spoke to a very helpful & patient agent named Rodrigo to book an assisted Queen room for two nights! Thanks so much Rodrigo for making my booking happen! Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
