Protection plan was added and we have no idea about it we tried to cancel online to no avail. Called to cancel whole reservation because of this. Lady I talked helped alit by just getting the protection plan refunded and we are still planning on staying

Shawn was amazing. I called last minute to book a room for this Saturday, when there is a sold out Carolina football game in Columbia. Shawn was very professional and after just missing out on several room reservations he kept at it and made it happen. I really appreciate his kindness and effort to make it happen. Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
