Easy enough

Jason was able to book us a somewhat comparable room, not what we really wanted but will have to do, no fault of his as the suite was already taken but He did a good job overall

Really, really terrible.

I finally hung up on the reservation person after 15 minutes on hold for her to see if a room was available in March of 2026. Ridiculous.,! Not to mention she was very hard to understand and kept asking me what kind of room I wanted. I told her 3 times.

Turned away

While making reservations for my 19 year old daughter, I continued asking if she could stay there because she is under 21. I was assured numerous times that it would be no problem. My daughter drove 7 hours to find out at check in she could not stay at the hotel because she is under 21! Now I am waiting to see if there is any way to get my money back because I had to turn around and pay for her stay at a different chain!

Scammed and lied to

Was told i could cancel bf 11pm and i tried and no one answered and my credit card was charged 962. For a hotel i didn't stay at, i feel your agent should not tell customers that if it isn't true. So i have to pay for somewhere i nevered stayed at. I would be nice if you can refund me or try to satisfy me

I was trying to ask him questions of the reservation I made and he didn't seem to want to take his time to explain to me. He referred me to the hotel desk and said," I can't help you with that. I don't work at the hotel, you called reservation ". He assumed I was supposed to know I wasn't talking to personnel from the hotel. He sounded like he was just wanting to get me off the phone.

Unpleasant call

Not a good review. Anna never told me the value of the room until she asked me to put in my CC nor did she give me a choice of rooms. Supposedly, the wedding party blocked a set of rooms and I gave her the code but she never acknowledged the wedding party. I would like to cancel my reservation without penalty as I already got a much better rate through a travel site.

Disappointed

A family funeral and was sent to a sister hotel, because no rooms left. Was not with the family. But when they checked in there were rooms. Travelodge should be condemned. Disgusting hotel I've ever stayed. I paid more for a disgusting hotel, then a modern hotel. Not happy😞

My phone call to BW in Fillmore, CA, was hacked by this company. Two rooms were reserved, and prepaid, tho we needed only one, Agent difficult to understand. BW hotel perplexed, as we stay there every year,

Above and Beyond my expectations!

Emmanuel did an amazing job! He was so friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was inquiring about a specific hotel, which ended up not being what I needed. But instead of just hanging up, he checked other hotels in the same area and found one that fit perfectly. I would have spent a lot of extra time researching the area, and he was able to do it within minutes. Plus he also checked the distance and route to my destination after checkout. Above and beyond my expectations! He deserves a raise!

He Did That!

I was overly pleased with the service from the agent. He was very patient & polite. I have a problem w service representatives asking for the same information 2 or 3 times. He got it right the 1st time. He was extremely knowledgeable of surrounding Hotels and/or restaurants. The representative is a true example of what customer service should look like.

I called what I thought was best western, when I asked the lady on the phone if she was at the hotel she said no. When I asked her if she work for best western she said yes. She was not working for best western. She quoted me a rate and then I told her I was a best western rewards member is that with my discount ahe said no but then quoted me the same rate. She did not inform me I was pre paying for the until after I gave her my credit card. I called 4 times to get ahold of someone to cancel the reservation and get my money back. I finally talked to someone and got my refund but was short 10.00.

Great service friendly and patience

She was extremely patient and helpful for guidance around our event and around the area and help with our handicap needs with a rolling shower and getting around with our handicap and gave us advice with the stadium AT&t and what to do and where to eat very knowledgeable of the whole situation and patience with dealing with me on line and everything up thank you for everything
