Called to reserve 3 rooms and she gave me as much service as the hotel would allow. I asked for two adjoining rooms or all rooms on same floor. She was not able to promise either, so we are hoping for the best.

James was delightful to speak with. He asked if I had any discounts, if I was a senior, had AAA, etc. He asked all pertinent questions and explained easily how to put all my information in using my keyboard. Since I am a senior, that was very helpful. His voice was clear and easy to understand!

I'm wanted to my hotel in never been canceled. It's the one for Chinle Arizona.and when I called the second time I got on the phone with a different person and he told me that he'll get me how to cancel it and then he asked me why I wanted to cancel it. I said I want to pay in cash in my card and he told me the rooms were $200 which it was not true. It's $109 per night not 149 or 150 per night so we have a problem, not telling me the truth and you're not canceling my reservation like I asked as a customer can you cancel my reservation to this question in Chinle Arizona?

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
