The agent, Jody, failed to disclose the $29.99 fee during our call, resulting in an overdraft fee of $35; had I been informed, I would have provided an alternative card. Furthermore, he seemed eager to conclude the call. I encourage you to improve your services, as this experience could have been more satisfactory if he had been more transparent.

After failing on line, I called the hotel directly and booked my room. Dennis William was my agent. He was able to answer all my questions and deal with my special needs. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. We've stayed at the hotel before and it is our first choice whenever we are in the area.

You misrepresented yourself as an employee of Radisson and you coerced me to book at another hotel due to my son's necessity. Not only did you point me to a filthy and unsafe hotel, you charged me twice i would've been charged had I booked with priceline. Worst part about it is that you do not have a conscious. You have no soul. I hope your parents dont know the man you turned out to be. Mal parido.

I was not informed of the $50 cash deposit. My family member had lost his wallet and I booked over the phone. No one was was eillling to be accommodating over $50!

I called to confirm if both my reservations was cancelled and I was asked to call back and dial zero. I did that and got a recording I had the wrong number and to check my reservations. It's terrible I could not get assistance over the phone by anyone

The person on the phone would not book under the corporate account, couldn't speak English and was overall horrible. I needed a booking for tonight and now have to waste more time on a 2nd call trying to get this booked. The representative should not be working there.

I explained to Robert I was coming to the WALA conference in Feb. He told me that the best price i could get for the two nights was over 1200 dollars. I explained that wasn't what was stated but he assured me this was the best rate I would get. I already have my ticket and dudnt want to lose that cost or miss put on experience. I went ahead and booked and then found another person attending abd they shared with me the link and he did take advantage of me. It took 3 calls to talk to someone to cancel my reservation. I am nervous to book for this event but am hoping to speak with a person working on site

I did not realize I was dealing with a reservation service and not the hotel, and they roped me into a rate $100 more than the hotel's online rate that includes a bunch of bogus "extras" that I don't want or need. Also, the cancellation fee is one night room rate, which is the total amount since I am only staying one night. I called back IMMEDIATELY after realizing my mistake was assured by the next agent that I was receiving a FULL REFUND because of the misrepresentation of what I was receiving through this service. However, while my room is canceled, the refund is not processing, and I have had to take this to the "escalation team" for resolution. I have wasted far too much time on this!

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
