I was looking for 2 rooms to accommodate 2 adults and 4 kids to stay and swim at the hotel. He found the least expensive adjoining rooms. He was friendly, kind and very helpful. I will definitely be looking for Baymont hotels when I have to travel.

I dislike using the central Hilton booking company so I take a business card so I can speak directly with the hotel receptionist. This staff person can answer questions and give direct assistance.

He got frustrated when I asked about his company if it was Expedia. I asked for the name of his company. He would not provide the name. He failed to say Good bye. That is a manners and professional common courtesy. I asked to speak to the hotel directly. He would not transfer me. So all those failures, let to my high skeptical outcome, with knots in my stomach.
