This is my second booking with the reservations.com, as I had the amazing service and experience, the initial time I booked a hotel for my business trip. The customer service staff was excellent, kind and helpful. They have plenty of options to choose from, satisfying various needs of their customers. If you're looking for a nice and safe place to stay with affordable prices, you got to look into reservations.com! Fantastic options, same view of the hotels as show in the images with satisfying service at the hotel. We had the perfect start to our memorable holiday that started here before our memorable cruise which was two days later. The hotel we chose was an oasis of calm, absolute bliss! The setting, staff, rooms and dining was fabulous. Nothing negative to say everything was perfect. Very happy to have found reservations.com. A friend recommended it, so in my search for a hotel in Gibraltar and Greece I compared the results with other travel search engines, and was amazed about the offer. It's not like the others, it showed not only lots of options in their results, but the price of same hotels was also lower than other online travel platforms. Another distinct feature is, that it shows in the results not only the ratings and reviews of hotels on their own platform, but also those published on the web. This is a good thing, it saves you time to search the Internet for reviews about hotels and their services. This is such an amazing website. I never thought there were so many option out their when i was looking to vacation in Barbados. So happy that it was so simple to find a vacation spot. It would have taken me a million years just to choose a place I felt safe to go. I choose the atlantis Historic Inn and two days before my go day i upgraded to the Sandpiper, it was such an easy process customer service was great and helpful. During my trip, I realise how much it would have cost if I had not use reservations.com. 5 stars service
I saw this site in my search for a hotel booking service. I quickly booked a room to spend my vacation with my fiance. When I got to the hotel, I just waited for a little while to have my key for the hotel once I was in the hotel. My experience was awesome, I loved the way I was treated. I will use it again next time.
Honest service. They keep to their words and deliver as they promised. They have a reliable and 24 hour present customer service will and ready to answer your worry at any time. They are gentle and speak clear English. I admired their service.

If I want to allow future travelers benefit from my experience I can say that I did a lot of research before taking action, I asked friends and colleague if they heard about that company. My conclusion is we all have different taste and point of view, but to make my conclusion short, make sure you take at least 1 week to analyze the deals and don't worry about the rest, you will get what you paid for
I'm beyond surprised at the bad reviews on this site for reservations.com as it was nothing but a great help and convenience to my family and I prior to and during our vacation to Singapore. The site provides a rather detailed profile of each hotel such as amenities, nearby attractions and even categorized lists of reviews from previous customers which makes for easy decision-making and reservations. Overall, the services provided, including the customer care, is very useful and assistive during travel and aided us in having an enjoyable stay without problem. I would definitely recommend reservations.com for your next travel adventure.

We tried planning our family trip the DIY way but it just didn't work out had to look up each hotel and call each one of them running up the phone bill. When a friend told me about Reservation.com so when I got home, me and the family logged on and with a few clicks I was presented with tons of options at really great prices. All was amazing and the staff was also very nice! My stay was extraordinary from the moment I arrived here and until I left. It was ten days of the most remarkable and great service I have ever encountered. The girls in the office helped organize everything we wished to do.

This is a scam. They do not state additional charges up front. The website is set up so that you have to look for the additional charges before booking, and if you do not scroll up (which is not normal), you wind up blindsided.
I am disputing all charges, including cancellation charges, with my credit card agency and will be looking into reporting your company for fraud.
To make matters worse there were additional charges on the reservation that do not even add up. The difference of booking through this company and the actual hotel was over $40. If you take out the $15 service fee, that's $25+ of unaccounted for charges.
We cancelled our reservation, and are not even sure if we really had a reservation ever. I do not agree with the cancellation charges and will be working with my credit card company to recover all charges.
I was very glad i choose reservations.com to book my hotel for me. My last trip was wonderful, booking process was fast and done immediately. I will use them again for my next trip.

BIG SCAM
This company is a 3rd party booking website located oversees. You will have a VERY hard time getting a refund should you need to cancel. I made a huge mistake booking with them. Totally my fault--- and NEVER again will I use them! Live and learn!
I was booking a room on the actual site (at least that is what I typed in the url) and saw the 4.5 review from travel advisor, and 4 stars from customer reviews, so I booked my stay. I had requested 3/8/19-3/11/19 as I will be attending my daughter's wedding, of which I think, I DO know the dates I would need a room! Once the order was completed-I did not get a chance to review the days before it completed the order, it popped up with the dates of 3/10-3/11! WTF?! I tried to call the company and got a "representative" that had such a thick accent that I had to repeat the itinerary/confirmation number at least 4 times before it was recognized. When I explained that the wrong dates were saved, I was told that it was non-refundable and I could not change or modify the reservation!
Okay, so I put in the dates I wanted, they were rearranged and cancelled and I can't change them-that's fair and legit... right? In the end, this person disconnected the call, so I called back and a pretty similar experience happened again, and forget about talking with a manager or person in charge.
Thank goodness **MARRIOTT** was able to work around this dishonest and uncaring company who's only goal is to screw the customer, it seems. I see that maybe four people are giving more than 1 star-I am guessing they must work for the company and probably get a kick-back for each customer they swindle. Oh, and the best part is, both of the "representatives" said that their company did not book the room so that is why they cannot change the reservation! Of course I never found out WHO actually booked my room, even though the reservation email states "reservations.com"! Hope people read this before they get jacked by this fraudulent, scamming online booking service... but unfortunately, you will probably end up just like me and realize you have been scammed when it is too late to do anything...
Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
