We had a lovely experience at your hotel. Didn't hang out much we came into see Tyrus enjoyed the snow after eating at the Owl which was great. The accommodations in out room were great we slept like babies. Will do it again. The young lady young gal was at the check in. The room was ready for us. It was beautiful. The pillows were great. I didn't get to use a lot of things but we enjoyed

I have been passed from pillar to post by automatic voice booking machines. I now have an incomplete reservation I will Never book a Radisson Hotel again. It is a disgrace to treat people this way. It has taken me over an hour and still not spoken to a human being. This service needs to be reported to an ombudsman. I would rate this service as Zero in every department.

The agent was very nice but hard to understand at times. I didn't know that it was a 3rd person booking company because it went into the Atlantis web site. Also on the web site it was cheaper and I was told that that rate was not available but still shows on site. And I didn't get any form of confirmation! Which I would appreciate.

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
