Make a booking a few days ago and paid a deposit.

Last night, without notification nor supporting document, Carla Istanbul (different entity from the one who charged the deposit), they went on trying to charge more double that initial amount.

When questioned, they replied it was ok for them to do so since the difference would be waived at car pick up.

This screams like a scam. I feel stupid. I am cancelling my booking with them right away.

They have changed the date of my reservation and the Town and they do not want to reimburse me 12 hours after that and they did 2 deposit debits instead of one
STAY AWAY

Rented a vehicle from this app. Needed a vehicle on short notice. After purchase recieved an email my car would be at an obscure airport. Purchased upgrades and waited. The vehicle never arrived, avis had no record of me. Call Carla support, which in itself was a joke. Was not given a refund, instead Carla Cash for less than the amount lost. This app is a fraud. Stay far away.

Reserved a vehicle went to the location to pick it up just 2 told they have no vehicle. N lost my money

They will rip you off and tell you to put your card information in and you will not be charged until you get the rental. I did not get the rental and the stole $111.02 out my bank account. Do not trust them.

Do not rent through them! Carla is not the kind of app that anyone should get tied up in. The refund policy is based on if they deem you worthy not on if a refund is necessary. Their support is cold and not honest. When looking for a rental company look elsewhere. I am still missing $150 from them.

No customer service what so ever.

From beginning to end I had nothing but problems. Still am. At p/u they were rude and unhelpful. They charged more than they should have due to mistakes they made. I tried email almost everyday. A 550$ car rental became 1500. And I was offered 145 carla bucks. I've been hung up on and ignored. Ruined my trip took money I needed for trip

Unable to get back any refund after being told my information in the system was incorrect. Unable to speak to anyone. If you call their contact number you will never ever at no time get anyone to talk to. All they want to do is collect people's money without the possibility of getting a refund. I believe the good reviews were made up by them. It's the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life and I am 53 years of age.
On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being poor and 10 excellent this company gets a 0.

I book a rental through Carla for Hertz and wasn't aware that Hertz will be closed at the time of my Rental pick up now they don't want to give me my refund back on my card but suggest that I gets Carla cash I don't want Carla cash that's not an option for me I will never book through u guys again the worse car rental booking site ever.!

Бронировал машину на 7 дней через данный сервис в Белграде (Сербия), был удержан аванс 36$, вся аренда составляла около 170$. По прилёту компания арендатор Payless, мою бронь не смогли найти, автомобилей заказаной категории у них оказывается и не было никогда, предложили арендовать за 550$! ( несмотря на то что за день уточнял по брони). В итоге арендовал в другом прокате за 303$. На запрос возврата денег (аванса) в агрегаторе Carla предложили зачем-то свои бонусы на 15$. По ощущениям компания-агрегатор Carla мошенники!

I booked a Grand Jeep Cherokee through Carla and paid $182 in full,. When I landed in West Palm Beach I was told it would be a 2 hour wait (my car was reserved for 11am and I got there at 11:15am), I was here for a baby shower and could not wait so I rented a car from another company and have been calling and emailing Carla Customer Service for 4 days and no one responds. Save your time and money and rent from someone else!

I used carla to rent a ca however I ended up not getting my rental due to close branch. They closed early so didn't get my car. But carla clean the mess of supplier and refunded my amount and gave me 50 usd credits for free. I get very pleasant experience so far. I will use my credits in future

We booked through the website and when we arrived at the airport we did not find it. Even the numbers on the website are wrong. We waited 3 hours at the airport.

THIS WHOLE APP IS A FREAKIN SCAM! I reserved and paid my rental through Carla. My rental was with Dollar car rental and I had a very good experience. I paid the deposit with my debit card and paid the rental price with affirm. I will pay my rental in 4 mothns. Good experience. I didn't contact with customer support. I get my confirmation fast.

I booked a car through rentcarla.com and had no issues. My rental was for 5 days and I paid $11.23 prepayment. My rental was super cheap than original amount. Thank you for securing the booking. Good experience, suggested.

I spent my last on a rental through these guys and the company didn't accept Chime and couldn't give me a refund because I made the purchase thru an third party. I stressed this to Carla, they ask me to wait 10 business days. Almost a month passed and still no one has got back in touch with me. I explain to them that I put my last on the rental and was supposed to make it up doing Doordash. I told them that i have kids n it was an emergency and that didn't matter at all to them. They offered credits but We can't eat nothing with that so I declined. I wouldn't recommend using this app at all. Horrible customer service. Str8 Scam

First off this is just a 3rd party renting for rental companies. Not a ride share type deal. But anyways I decided to try Carla here in Denver Colorado registered book my car and a decent decent compared to the rest of how to decent fee for it right along the average so I was happy finished paying for everything and I got the rental laws taken care of and then it comes flashing on my screen don't know where before $500 deposit due at pickup when picking up the car I'm thinking shoot I don't have $500 I'd barely got enough to cover the rental and I thought with my credit card on file happy good enough no so I try to cancel my reservation not 5 minutes after making it it says you have you have gotten you have reserved a a car at a price that's not refundable had a rate that's not refundable it's horse$#*! too so body answers unprofessional answering machine sounds like it just a single person's home but getting a hold of you for the car rental for the 2 days now wife and kids and me are stuck in the streets with no parent transportation and they think it's just some funny game talk to the rental car agency that they're renting for they say cuz it was through a third party that the third party has to call them and tell him that it's okay to release my refund however they won't call me back to even do that places to joke stay away from them do not use them same rate that just the rental company he'll give you so just if you're going to rent from anybody go to a rental company you're going to charge you the same fees

To everyone's surprise my experience using Carla was just as bad as everyone else. I used the app to find and rent a car a few weeks ago. I was not sure if the rental company would accept a debit card while there to pick up the car. I asked Carla what should I expect. Their reply was that Thrifty accepts debit cards and I was good to complete the rental. Guess what? Nope they don't accept debit xards. No worries I'll talk to Carla and request a refund. It's not in their policy to refund under these conditions. I'm out 250 bucks but they gave me credit that I can use to rent a different car. No I WANT ALL OF MY CASH BACK! To ad insult to injury they also charged me 19 dollars for a subscription to Carla. I canceled that crap and they said they credited my account 19 bucks Carla cash! Furious! They even told me that they canceled and no other charges will appear. Guess what? Another 19 bucks was taken from Carla out of my account. I'm putting together a lawsuit if anyone wants to be heard send me an email at
